During this time, Rain made an apparent effort to calm himself as much as possible, especially when he interacted with his children. His irritability had reached a point where even small noises or minor inconveniences began to get on his nerves. It was a reminder of how much he relied on proper sustenance and how hunger could affect one's mood and temperament.
Despite all that, Rain could feel his focus improving. When he was meditating, he felt his mind getting clear, and so he was able to control his mana better… that was useless for what he wanted right now.
