Chapter 5

In most fairy tales, the girl sleeps and wakes up in the hands of her prince charming. In Amira's case, she woke up on a chair while her lovely wedded husband was soundly asleep on the bed.

Her body ached everywhere and she struggled to get up from the chair and stretched out her muscles.

She decided to take off the wedding dress as Thayer was still asleep.

Immediately the dress fell, Thayer opened his eyes. She covered her exposed body which was only covered with underwear. She lazed into the bathroom and took a long warm bath. When she got out, Thayer was nowhere to be seen so she did things that'll please her.

She wore Thayer's shirt and since she didn't have any underwear, she wore nothing underneath. Then, she ordered every expensive food on the menu except oysters and she played loud music on headphones while dancing on the bed.

Thayer got home to see Mrs. Octavian dancing on the bed while butt-naked singing. He was fascinated so he relaxed on the door with a foot to the door.

"Who needs to go to sleep when I got you next to me? All night, I'll riot with you. I know you got my back and you know I got you. So come on, come on, come on. Let's get physical! Lights out, follow the noise. Baby, keep on dancing like you ain't got a choice. So come on, come on, come on. Let's get physical!" Amira sang while dancing

Amira was feeling watched. She turned around only to see Thayer staring at her intensely.

"When did you get back? Amira asked

"Just now and I walked in on your concert. Now you're just making me regret why I didn't just sleep with you on ou wedding night and I didn't know you sing" Thayer said

"There are a lot of things you don't know about me Octavian"

"I don't have time for your whining" Thayer walked to the reading table and took a document and gave them to Amira

"Sign these"

"What is this"

"Sign it will you?"

The document read,

Marriage Agreement

Mrs. Amira, as you are signing this, you are agreeing tomarriage to Mr. Thayer Octavian. The rules of the marriage are as listed below

Rule 1. You are not allowed to snoop around in any personal business of Mr. T. Octavian

Rule 2. You don't have freedom of speech. Let me rephrase that, you can't say whatever you want to Mr. Thayer Octavian even if you want to

Rule 3. You can't move around as you want without the permission of Mr. T. Octavian

"No freedom of movement? Or speech? I have rights you know" Amira protested

"Yeah but the day your father signed my contract, he defied all your rights" Thayer replied

Rule 4. Touching him at being aggressive with him is not allowed

'I should be telling him that' Amira said in her head

Rule 5. This one is easy, all you have to do is obey the above rules which means you have to obey Thayer and he can do whatever he wants with you as he pleases

"What do you mean touch me, kiss me, or do what you want with me? I'm not agreeing to this. Do I look like a sex toy to you Octavian?" Amira asked

Thayer walked towards Amira and stopped when they were inches away from each other. He raised her chin I look at him. Amira stared into his ice-blue eyes. His talk frame towering over her.

"I mean I can have sex with you when I want to and how I want it" Thayer said with full-blown lust in his voice.

A knock came on the door.

"Come in," Thayer said then a lady with a trolley walked in. After that, she brought in other trolleys of food.

"The food you ordered sir," she said and gave him the bill

"I didn't order anything," Thayer said sharply

"Maybe you have the wrong room"

"No, she doesn't. I ordered them" Amira said

"Then who's paying?" Thayer asked

"You. Mr. Ovtavian"

Thayer didn't even have anything to say to Amira. He just ran his hand through his hair and walked out.

"Happy married life bro," Nathan said to Thayer as he took a shot of the tequila in his hand

The two men were in Nathan's house.

"Don't make me feel like throwing up, please" Thayer said coldly

"What's wrong? I thought you could handle it" Nathan asked

"She's always persistent and bent on getting what she wants and she's hard to control. It's annoying"

"I told you so" Nathan said bluntly

"What of the contract I prepared for her to sign?"

"She signed it"

"That's a start"

"How was your wedding night?"

"Lets not even begin"

Nathan burst out laughing.

"Maybe you should try being hard on her"

"Is there anything I haven't tried?"

"She slept off last night before I got to the hotel room"

"Hard luck bro"

"Have you tried ignoring her?"

"You can't ignore her because she always does something goofy"

Nathan's phone rang. He got up to answer the phone and a message got into Thayer's phone. It was from a private number and the person sent him a picture of Amira in their hotel room. She was sleeping and all the carts were gone.

Thayer left almost immediately and went to the hotel room. He burst the door open waking Amira up.

"Where is he?" Thayer asked as he closed the door

"Who?" Amira's hair was messy and all.

"The man with you?"

"He left," Amira said jokingly

"So there was a man?"

"And your lover dared to send me a picture of you"

"Yep," Amira said popping the p. She had no idea what Thayer was talking about but to her, it was funny when he was angry

"I'm just joking. I have no idea what you're talking about. I've been asleep since"

"Nathalie would come in later today"

"Yes boss"

And Thayer left. The room was empty. After a while, Nathalie walked in.

"The boss said I should take you home" Nathalie said

"Alright let's go" Amira said
