Chaos Ensues
It was over? What did his Guild Leader mean by that? His eyes widened slightly as a thought came to his mind... Did he perhaps mean...
He had yet to finish at that thought when Kamille gripped his waist, not enough to truly hurt him but enough to capture his attention, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"It's over," Kamille repeated, his gaze both incomprehensible but readable at the same time, filled with all kinds of emotions, but one was more apparent than the others.
Rise's heart skipped a beat; he felt himself going breathless, time seemed to stop at that particular moment.
Kamille's voice softened, in contrast with his terrifying gaze and appearance.
"You already saw me." Kamille drew their faces even closer, enough to feel each other's breaths. "No one had seen this me before." That included even his own mother.
