Chapter 2:

As soon as all the students, the cafeteria quickly ran away, scattering like flies, dropping their sandwiches and other lunch in the process. Most of them push away their own friends on the floor to ensure their own survival. It was a wonderful scene. They were all scared shitless of me. Seconds later, the entire cafeteria was empty in complete silence. So silent in fact if a tray was to drop it would echo throughout the whole cafeteria. The only person who was there was the lunch lady. Well, fuck it I'm kinda hungry so i approached her

"Let me get 2 chocolate cookies and an apple pie, please?"

It's been a few days since I was in Wellston, and Rumours quickly spread out around the school like wildfire on how a new student became the King Of Wellston in one day. I was in the school, newspapers and all. Every time I stepped in an area, a student dashed, leaving no trace. My appearance was intimidating, and my presence made people fear even more. Since I became the King Of Wellston, I approached Isen and told him to put me in turf wars he was sweating bullets thinking he was going to get beat up but instead I just approached him with a proposition. I told him to put me in turf wars from here on out. He nervously nodded his head and told me to catch up with him 3weeks from now.

Right now I was in class doing math, studying trigonometry. Math was never my strongest subject, so I just zoned out like I normally do to see it's special talent of mine. Obviously the teacher saw me, but they knew I was completely stronger than them so they didn't want to defy me and get killed. After math class ended, I approached Elaine's desk. She blushed but stood up and hugged me. I wrapped my hands around her tender waist and told her how much I missed her. Yes, in these few days me and Elaine gradually became closer, so in fact we ate lunch on the roof together. After I made an example out of Arlo, she had a self-inquiry of how her liking Arlo was just more so superficial. Because of the huge clout boost I gained from becoming the new King of Wellston, she slowly but surely started liking me day by day. Then I asked her on a date again and she said she would be happy to. The date went pretty smoothly and like that me and Elaine became a couple.

"Elaine, you tryna eat lunch on the roof today"

She wrapped a hair curl around her finger and responded, "I can't I have English club to attend to this afternoon"

"That sucks, but after school I'll walk you home alright?"

She nodded her head in approval and left the class.

After class I made my way to Wellston library. The Wellston library has a few tall walls of ancient volumes, though mostly they are now a sort of decoration to set the scene. One simply logs in through one's device and either reads or listens to one of thousands of titles, including scientific research papers. We can do this at home too, naturally, yet the library is a great place to study and learn around peers and make new connections.

Why am I in the library, you may ask? Well, I'm only here for a specific someone...

"How are you doing beautiful"

She stopped reading her book and closed it hard and sternly looked at me "What do you want"

I shook my head, pulled out a chair and sat across from her on the table. "Damn girl, as cold as ever I see"

"Whatever" She opened back her book and read it as if I was just a nuisance.

Yes, this girl was no other than Seraphina, the queen of Wellston. I've been stirring conversation with her every day these past few days. She was honestly pretty in the Webtoon, but in actual life she was on a different level honestly. Obviously I attended Wellston weeks before John attended, so Seraphina was lonely and depressed during these times because she would always try to stay true to people's expectations of her. I honestly liked her character development throughout the series of how after she met John she became a better person but John is not here right now so I'm going to make her become her true self. I first met her and our meeting ended up in... fight, but I didn't really hit her back. We would always fight since then but her time stopped working on me so she just gradually stopped and was here now.

"Out here studying in the library again, I see. Seraphina. You know you should stop trying to impress people other all the time and instead you should just impress yourself from yesterday you improvement"

Seraphina gripped the book she was reading and looked up at me with pure hate in her eyes "Shut up why should I listen to you? You don't know shit about me.."

I crossed my arms and looked at her "I can't argue with you there but what I know is you're too good for all of this. If people don't like you for who you truly are, fuck them. People that judge other people are just insecure bitches who don't love themselves. They think you're a stuck up rich girl that had a silver spoon in their mouth for your entire life having everything on a silver platter. What evidence do they have to support that and why does it matter?!"

The Seraphina mouth was wide open in shock. Not once had a person actually tried to understand her individual perspective. She never saw these sides of me. Normally I flirt with her but this time I'm not playing about. Tears slowly started swelling up in Seraphina's eyes.

Damn, I just remembered I have to go meet a specific someone. I stood up from the table and looked at Seraphina `Seraphina. I don't care how long it takes, but will make you feel comfortable to be yourself. I promise you that. I got to go but I'll talk with you tomorrow" I then picked up my bag and left the library.

Only one thought reverberated in Seraphina mind

'Why does it matter?"
