"Also, there are many other types of core, some for elements, some for weapons, or some for crafting or potion, and it all depends on whatever reace you are frome," she says, lifting her palm in the air, and I see a green and light blue core formade in her hand.

She then glanced at me and pointed to the core, saying, "Did you see this core? It has a green color that covers most of the core, and only some parts of it are in blue color. It shows that my elements are nature elements, water elements, and wind elements."

But when I heard the third element, I asked her, "But Mother Sera, this core only shows two rents; how did this third element come? I don't understand that." I asked her to explain my misunderstanding.

When I asked her about it, she grinned and replied, "Yes, my core only shows that; I can use nature and water elements, but do you know how those who don't have cores like this do?"

I stop using my thoughts to accomplish that, and I rest for a while, feeling as if my headache has gone away. Then I let my mana go around me, and I began to feel a lot of mana air around me. They are like children, playing and enjoying themselves.

Like mother sera instructed, I let this mana close my body and then tried to take a tiny mana around inside of me. As I take mana around, I feel like someone has put an ice cub inside of me, making my entire body shiver and chilly.

"Now you allow mana to flow throughout your body, remembering to do it slowly and gradually.

Hearing that, I focused my mind inside of my body and told mana inside of my body, then began to drag to every point inside of my body, beginning with the leg, then the stomach, chest, and finally my head.

As I did so, I felt like my body was liberated. Someone has taken all of my weight,

Now that my body is free, I can run and jump. I don't ever feel like that.

"Now concentrate your attention and don't think about anything else since you're losing control of your mana."

As she stated, "Okay, now you let mana enter your body from outside; when you feel like you have too much mana inside of your body, then try to take one place, and that place is your stomach," she said.
