Chapter 161 : Jonin Test (Rewrite)

Kirito for the last 2 days of his unpaid holiday was literally doing 2 things. Eating and Sleeping.

"Man I now feel like the last two years of tiredness have finally been removed from my body," Kirito muttered and stretched his body.

He has to put seals so that others don't disturb him in his restoration time. So when finally he came out of his hibernation, the first face he saw was Kakashi. His eyes twitch.

"Why is it that when I go to sleep, I see a pervert and now when I wake up, I see another" Kirito complained.

"What do you want sensei," Kirito asked in plained tone.

"Ma ma, why so irritated Kirito? I am here to call you because Tsunade Sama has asked you to meet her" Kakashi said with a one-eye smile.

After hearing Tsunade's name the only picture that came to my mind was what just happened two days ago.

I did not know why but now I am a little afraid to meet her.

What if he removed me from the shinobi enrollment and kept her as her personal secretary? 

I can't believe just how much work they do in the Hokage office.

But still, I just nodded at Kakashi.

"Thank you for telling me this Kakashi Sensei. I will directly go to Hokage Sama then" Kirito said and vanished from his place.

"Ah, this is the teacher's technique. Very handy. Kirito is becoming a mixture of both teacher and Naruto for some reason. I am not sure whether I should be happy that he is growing up and is very strong or should I be worried" Kakashi chuckled a little.

Kirito instantly appears in front of the Hokage Office.

"Weird, no one is in the office" Kirito immediately spread out his senses to pinpoint Tsunade.

"hmm, what is she doing in the Senju mansion" Kirito blinked in confusion.

Well, need to go there. Because not any seal there. Kirito had to go there by himself.

By the time he went there, Kirito saw Tsunade sitting in the small garden in the Senju mansion.

"Yo, I heard from Kakashi sensei that you were looking for me".

"Yes, I did," Tsunade said. Looking, well relaxed.

Now suddenly she can come a time on her hand. 

Thanks to Kirito's excellent time management, this was possible.

"hmm, so what is it" Kirito really was not in the mood of taking some random mission right now.

"Well, the first thing is that I promised you to teach your medical knowledge right. I might have agreed to teach you but that does not mean that you can learn. You have to pass the specialised test I designed." Tsunade said and looked at Kirito like she had lent him money and he is now refusing to give it back.

"done" Kirito just replied. He hardly cares about this special test. He already has the basic knowledge he learned in Uzu. He got that covered.

Hearing Kirito being so confident Tsunade just sneer. But internally she thought. Kirito did say that he is aware of the basics and even more. What he wanted to learn was the most advanced form of healing.

"Come on there is something more right. You might as well as tell me already" Kirito said.

"The medical test has to wait. With the information you have given us on Orochimaru. I currently don't have enough time to teach you anyway. The real reason for calling you here is to tell you that I want you to take the Jonin test" Tsunade said converting back to her serious Hokage voice.

Kirito was also a little surprised but then he also became serious and asked.

"Jonin, why so suddenly" Kirito asked with confusion in his voice.

Tsunade at this just signed.

" The village does not have enough powerful figures currently Kirito," Tsunade said.

"Currently the only true fighting force in the village that we can deploy outside war is Kakashi, Asuma, Jiraiya, Guy and me.

As you already know the Akatsuki have already started moving and they already have attacked the KazeKage. The village currently is in dire need of powerful Shinobi.

Honestly, we did not expect you suddenly to get this strong. We knew that you had learned Grand Uncle's teleportation technique but even then you were lacking back then. I have no idea what happened in the last 2 years with you but not only you have shown the necessary power but also the tactics to become the Jonin.

But honestly, you might have even surpassed that. I met Jiraiya and he told me about your mastery of the sage mode.

That's why I want you to become a Jonin. I know that you are going to stick with your brother as much as possible to save him. This way you can do that as temporary Jonin leader of team 7." Tsunade said.

"Bitch please, I just killed two FREAKING Akatsuki. Who cares about the titles" Kirito holds back his implused to say that.

Kirito had to say that it made sense but what he was not sure was why he had to become a Jonin for that. Everything explained by Tsunade at this point is doable by himself even if he stays a Chunin.

What is she trying to pull here?

"I will take the test. Just tell me what to do" Kirito said.

Tsunade at this just nodded and there was a little smirk on her face which did not go unnoticed by Kirito.

"I will let you know," Tsunade said.

"Okay then. So if that is then I will be going" Kirito said.

Tsunade nodded at this.
