Chapter 162
“What is wrong with him now” Paul and James ask surprised. Patrick whom they were begging to leave Sharon was the one saying that he miss Sharon so much to the point he wants to die.
Sharon was keeping quiet the whole time when she suddenly turn to Patrick and said. “I need the divorce to push through.”
“What! No Sharon, am sorry, am so sorry for everything, I promise it will never happen again.
“No Patrick, am tired of this marriage, I want a divorce, my lawyer will see you a day after tomorrow.
Patrick went on his kneels, begging Sharon and he ask Paul and James to help him beg her.
I’m sorry Paul, James, I don’t mean to disrespect any of you but I know what to do with my life, am done with this marriage”. Patrick went home crying like a baby.
James and Paul has to stay with him through out the night.
The lawyer came to serve Patrick the letter of divorce but he refuse to sign it.
“Am not getting a divorce he said, she is my wife and am not letting her go, she will forgive me I know she will” he told the lawyer.
The man told Sharon what Patrick said
“Don’t worry, he will sign it when the time comes.”
Patrick went to Sharon mum begging her to help talk to Sharon to change her mind.
“My dear, I no longer want to get involve with Sharon, she is old enough to live her life, I have done Sharon more harm than good, is time to let her be”
Patrick went home and vow not to allow Sharon go to any other man. “I think Sharon wants this divorce because of that guy, I wouldn’t allow that to happen”.
Sharon report back to work and all her workers are very happy to have her back, they held a small party for her in the office then Sharon called Ben to know if he could come to her office.
“My people are throwing a little party for me, I was thinking if you could come over.”
“Why not?, I don’t have patients today I will be on my way now”.
“Ok,” she hang up smiling at her phone.
She directed him on how to get to the hospital and he arrived there.
Sharon didn’t know when she ran and hug him.
“Oh.. I’m sorry about that”
“Is ok, let’s.. let’s.. go in” Ben said.
“Yea, this way” she lead him to the party hall and they have a good time then she takes him to her office.
“Wow.. nice office you have here”
“Thank you”.
“Ben look around the office smiling”
“So what is the name if your boss?, He has a good hospital”
“Yea,” Sharon said but pretend not to hear the question.
So will you stay over till tomorrow” she try’s changing the topic.
“What do you want?”
“I want you to stay, you can go tomorrow”
“Ok if you insist”
“I insist” Sharon said smiling.
