Many soldiers swept through the village from its entrance, thoroughly combing through each estate, naturally including the Qin Family's mansion.

The soldiers rummaged carelessly.

She quickly thought of an idea, grabbed one of the searching soldiers, and smoothly slipped some copper coins into his hand.

With a smiling face, she said, "Sir, did you just mention that one of the people you're looking for is severely injured?"

The soldier quickly fiddled with the copper coins in his hand and gave a slight smirk: "Hmm, so what? You have a clue for me?"
