CHAPTER 32

Henry had informed the secretary concerning Ethan that would resume today. He had told her to send mails to the staffs at upper level and being preparing for the introduction that would take place around ten clocks.

Ethan's car drove into the compound of the company. The driver parked, opened the door and came down. He walked to the back door, opened the door Ethan. Ethan got down from the car. He was dressing so lovely and putting on highly expensive clothes.

He looked round the environment of the company. This was his second time at his father's company. His first time, he came with their mother to wish their father's happy birthday. He didn't use to come at all, even Alaina hadn't step her foot at the company for. No of them care, they just wanted money.

Ethan decided to be going in. He was walking majestically and with pride. The door opened automatically for him as he got to the entrance. The secretary quickly stood up as she saw him coming in. She came out from her cubicle, walking to him with smiles on her face.

"Welcome Sir, we have been expecting you" the lady said with respect. Ethan was just looking with arrogance, didn't even reply her.

"Please, come with me Sir" the lady walked to the front, leaving the place. Ethan followed her, looking at the wall and loved what he was seeing.

Henry was in his office, sitting on the chair and with laptop at the front of him. Aria was sitting on the couch. She was still looking dull and not happy at all.

"You can come in" Henry said as he heard a knock at the door. The door pulled to the back and the secretary entered.

"Sir, Mr. Ethan has arrived and I have taken him to the conference hall" the lady said.

"Alright, I hope everyone has been there?" Henry asked.

"Yes Sir" The lady replied.

"Alright, I will join you soon" the secretary obeyed that, and going out. Henry stopped what he was doing, closed the laptop and got up. He came out from the desk, walked to where Aria was.

"Maybe you should start going to the hospital to meet your friend. If you see him, see different things you will be happy and forget about your mother. Or what do you think?" Henry said. Aria looked at him, and silent for few seconds.

"I think I will do that" Aria muttered.

"Let's be going together then" Henry said. Aria stood up, going after him. Two of them left the office, down to the compound. Two of them were walking beside each other at the walkway.

"You know you haven't eaten anything, call the massager and order him food" Aria said.

"Okay, I will" Henry replied. He looked at her, and smiled. Aria always made him to remember his mother. She always used to act like his mother.

They got down to reception and two of them departed. Aria was going out while Henry was going to the conference hall. He got to the conference hall after some minutes, and entering in.

"Good morning, Sir" the staffs there greeted him. Ethan was sitting on a chair there, crossed his legs and pressing his phone.

"Thank you all" "Ethan, please stand up and come closer" Henry said in cool tone. Ethan looked at him. He separated his legs, and took like two minutes before he stood up. Henry just tried to exercise patient, didn't even say anything.

Ethan got to where Henry was. He was standing two inch far from him, and busy pressing his phone.

"For not taking our times, let me make everything snappy.

"I will like to introduce my brother to you people, and also introduce him as the new head—"

"I am not mute right? I can talk right?" Ethan said loudly as Henry was trying to introduce him to the staffs.

"Then let me introduce myself by myself. Nobody sends you to do that for me" said in abusive manner that all the staffs looked at each other.

"Sorry, about that" Henry said gently. He felt embarrassed but he decided not to be.

"My name is Ethan; you all know me and my father. If you don't, ask others. I will be resuming as the head of Resource department today"

"Other things you need to know will be passing across to you. Thank you" He didn't even give anyone chance to talk.

"So where is my office?" He faced Henry and asked.

"Let's go" Henry said. He walked to the front, and leaving the conference hall. Ethan followed him.

Aria got to the hospital. She entered into the compound, and going to where her friend always be. She got there, greeted the man and sat down beside him. She wasn't playful at all, she was just looking so serious.

"I have known it's this look you will bring here. I have told you on phone to cheer up" the man said gently.

"I discovered one playing ground along the street here. So, stand up and let's go. You can't be moody like this"

"Let's just be here, I am fine" Aria replied.

"Am I too young to order you, I said let's go" the man said with serious look. Aria tried to obey as she saw that he was serious. She stood up, and following him.

"You need to learn how to forget about your mother for now. You shouldn't allow that to be bothered you at all" the man trying to advise her.

"What kind of mother is that? Which kind of mother is she?" Aria said with anger.

"It's everywhere, you just have to forget about her and make yourself happy" they came out to the opened place, and going out from the hospital.

"That is sister Zona!" Aria said loudly as she saw Zona entering into the hospital.

"What is sister Zona doing here? Does she have a patient here?"

"That is the lady I told you that she uses to come and pray for you" Her friend replied. Aria stopped walking, and looked at the man.

"It's sister Zona, you are talking about" she was so nervous.

"Oh! I can't believe she is the one" Aria was so emotional. She was watching Zona as she was going inside.

"Who is she to you?" Aria's friend asked.

"She works at our house, she supervises the other workers" Aria replied.

"Oh! She is really a good person. She always came here. She can come in the morning like this and somethings in the evening" her friend said.

"Oh! Wow, sister Zona" Aria said with similes on her face. She was really happy. This really changed her mood, and made her really happy.

"Aria, let's go" her friend said, and they continued walking.

"I can never believe sister Zona can be coming here often and pray for me" Aria said with smiling face.

"That is how it uses to be. It's people you don't expect that will now be there for you when you're in a situation. That is the reality of life" Aria shook her head as the man said so.
