STAY WITH ME

Rachael and Riya arrived within a few minutes after I finished cooking with the help of the boys. As soon as she entered home Riya hugged me and congratulated me on my pregnancy and then she punched Krish and she scolded him for not listening to her and not quitting the plan. Then she started chasing him and beating him. Then Rachael came to me and I started to scold him for a while and then he gave me a chocolate and calmed me down and apologized to me. Minutes later Sahana came running out of my room, she was puzzled seeing Krish as this was the first time she ever saw someone in my house, and that too a person speaking happily with her dad.

"Daddy who is this uncle?", she encounters a question

"He is uncle Krish your Megha mausi's husband", Mathew replied

"When did mausi get married?"

"A few months ago"

"Daddy can I ask you something"

"Yes sweetie, please"

"Is this that Krish about whom mausi used to speak"

"Yes he is that Krish only"

"But mausi said that he died"

"Sahana darling, come here I did not die it was just a misunderstanding and now it is all clear", Krish said

"So listen never let mausi cry. You know she always cried because of you so don't make her sad again. My mausi is very good", Sahana said and the duo continue talking for a long time.

I soon finished arranging the food for everyone on the table, we self-served and eat the food. Krish and Sahana had become pretty close to each other. I was happy to see them like that, he acted as though even he is a kid and it was just cute looking at them. He fed her the food and he even spent complete time with her until she left back to her place. It was night and I was sitting on my bed and reading a novel after everyone left, while my husband entered the room and sat on the edge of the bed. He took my leg on his lap and slowly started massaging it. He gave me the tablets and gave me some pieces of advice.

"It can also be a junior Krish", I said, he didn't agree and both of them continue the argument and eventually fell asleep.

The next day morning, Krish woke me up with a glass of orange juice and it obviously surprised me because he had cleaned the house, ironed both our clothes, and also finished cooking. He does this sometimes when I am sick but this time the reason was different, he did this all because I'm carrying his child in my womb. He wanted to be the best father to his kid and also a caring husband for me so he started listening to many sets of advice and also started to watch a lot of videos about fatherhood on YouTube. He served me breakfast, he had prepared idly, chutney, and some green salad.

"Krish are you on diet?", I question him

"Nope", he replied

"Then, why have you cooked salad"

"Don't you remember that you are pregnant, so you need to eat nutritious food", he said and we started to eat.

After swallowing a few bites of idly I had nausea. I ran to the sink and puked while Krish came and held me hard. I leaned on him as I finish with my vomiting, he held my hand helped me walk to the sofa, made me sit, and brought me a glass of water to drink.

He kneeled in front of me caressed my tummy and all of a sudden said, "When I said to Rachael that you were the one I loved he said me about all the hurt you had been through. When I saw your hand in Paris, the way you had caused harm to yourself because of me, it shattered my heart into pieces. I still don't understand that you are a doctor and what made you do such a crazy thing, what if you had killed yourself? So I wanted to start everything fresh with you as Abhishek, where I can give only happiness, and decided to stay by your side until my last breath"

"I know I am a doctor but at times I couldn't control myself, I wasn't able to handle your absence I missed you so much and that's the reason why I had started cutting myself. But after meeting Mathew I swear I never tried it, he made me stop doing nonsense. I know I changed but not completely around Mathew and Sahana I was always childish, talkative, and...", my eyes started shutting and everything around me went blank.

I woke up with a light head. Krish was sitting next to me and he said I fainted because of weakness nothing to worry about.

Days passed Krish had become more caring and is a great support to me during this pregnancy time. He started to also spend more time with Sahana. On a Saturday night, we were at Mathew's house for dinner. Mathew had used this opportunity very well to show off his culinary skills to Krish. After finishing up the food we started to search for some movie to watch.

"Listen Mathew", Krish interrupted our searching

"Yeah bro, tell me", Mathew said

"Can you vacate this place?"

"Why man? This place is pretty good, isn't it?"

"Yeah it is very good but I want you to stay with me"

"Dude what do you mean?"

"Ahh! I mean you are going to pack yours and Sahana's stuff and come with us to our house, let us all stay together. It is a good idea, right"

"Why suddenly?"

"Stop thinking and just do what I say"

"What if I deny it?"

"I am going to forcefully take you with me or maybe even kidnap you. You know about me"

"Okay fine whatever you are not going to listen to what I say, so okay fine I agree to come with you", he said while Sahana and I shouted in happiness and hugged each other. By the next day morning, Krish and Mathew together had shifted all the things. Sahana was super excited to stay with us.
