Handling Some Quick "Business"!

'These are the bastards? Hah~ I was hoping for something more exciting.' After leaving Artemis behind, I headed towards the dungeon, not because I wanted to go dungeon running, but because I was following the trail of some spies that were different from the other ones that tried their hands during the main part of the recruitment.

Rethy, Artemis, and I figured that there would be some, but surprisingly there were more than some. From what I recognized, since they weren't the best, about 20% of the participants ended up being spies! That's a crazy number when you consider the fact that the testing numbers arrived at about the 140-160 range.

"Eizkel, you've brought company, bastard!"

'Someone sensed me. Did I accidentally leak some cursed energy out?' Since they sensed my presence, I jumped down from the roof I used as a vantage point. Five people surrounded me, and two were recognizable as they had caused a scene before the recruitment started. Throughout the entirety of the recruitment, I just labeled them Adventurer A and Adventurer B since they were so average, but clearly, they have some more to them than I thought!

"Who are you, bastard!" One of the three who I didn't know and didn't know me shouted, which at this time of night was foolish. 'Why would he try to garner attention?' Of course, I could be wrong in my thinking and that this area may have barriers or something preventing sound from leaking, but I didn't really care all that much.

'Honestly, these idiots aren't really dressed in anything fancy, so maybe they aren't part of any big dark organization/Familia. I think I could just go and kill them. Oh! I could practice some transfiguration!' I continued to observe the group of five, and I didn't say a word. What surprised me was that the two idiots from earlier didn't reveal my identity. It didn't matter anyway since everyone here was going to die, but maybe I'll spare them with a quick death, who knows.

Swoosh~

The sound of wind breaking entered my ears, but it wasn't as quick as my eyes, which tracked the quick movement of the man who shouted earlier. He was a relatively buff dude dressed in simple brown leather armor and his weapon was just a basic spear.

I let him approach me closely before I sidestepped slightly to the right and forcefully closed the distance between us. Placing my right palm on his left shoulder, I prepared for the proper use of Idle Transfiguration on someone other than myself!

'[Idle Transfiguration; Deformity Level One]'

Adventurer C, as I deemed him, quickly showed the signs of transfiguration as his shoulder enlarged, becoming like a tumor and twisted like a double helix. Truly, a disgusting sight which made me feel disgust for Mahito even more, but fortunately, I didn't have to deal with that lunatic!

"A-AHGH!! YOU BASTARD WHAT DID YOU DO!" I didn't say a word as talking with idiots was beneath me. I removed my right hand from the accurately labeled adventurer C and placed my left hand on his right shoulder. He shook in fear, and he even tried to retaliate with a punch to my side, but...

BANG~

Like a gun firing, his right arm completely burst apart into mincemeat. Needless to say, this included the entire arm, bones, nerves, blood, etc!

'He's getting close to passing out, I should try the restoring part before he do-.' My thoughts were interrupted by one of Adv. C's allies who finally grasped the situation. This one, in particular, was a woman with a washboard figure all around, showing no signs of any feminine charm. 'I'll probably be doing her a favor by killing her!'

Since she interrupted me, Adv. C passed out, so she would become my new test subject. Of course, if I didn't want to deal with this, I could practice on the new recruits, but I decided since an opportunity to hide this particular ability showed itself, I should take it.

I dodged this washboard woman's sword, which, much like her partner, was very basic, showing no signs of wealth in the group. Which reaffirmed that this wasn't any big dark Familia or evil organization, but not that it mattered since I'd treat both the same...okay, maybe I'd be a little more careful! Anyway, after dodging, I placed my right hand on her stomach and manipulated her bodily functions.

'I'll just give her a severe period, I guess!'

I didn't know the specifics, but it seemed I didn't need to as my intent got portrayed accurately to her body. She fell to the ground and didn't even let out a sound. 'Maybe women weren't exaggerating about the pain...'

I left her on the ground and approached the last of the three I didn't recognize. I won't even describe his appearance since I'm about to change it.

'[Idle Transfiguration: Deformity Bird]'

Adventurer E's body turned into a fleshy bird which looked human except for its body structure, which was absolutely appalling. Grabbing the disgusting creation, I activated cleave, shredding him into pieces and granting him death.

'Note to self...never ever again do that before I can refine the appearance!' I shook the disgusting image out of my mind and focused on the remaining two; Adventurer A and B. Seeing my eyes lock onto them, the two shook. I guess they couldn't follow what was happening. It felt like only 30 seconds passed and I had already dealt with three of them, so it wasn't surprising if these two couldn't keep up.

"Which one is Eizkel?" I asked, marking the first time I spoke to these idiots since arriving.

"M-M-Me!" The previous Adventurer A raised his hand. His appearance was nothing to take note of, so I moved on. I focused my attention on Adventurer B who fortunately picked up the hint!

"C-C-Charles!" I nodded, and much like his partner, he didn't have a noteworthy appearance. If anything, these two were truly wearing rags.

"I see, so Eizkel and Charles, would you two like to see art?" The bodies of both of them shook hearing my question. I'm not sure, but the image of their friend turning into a human bird probably plagued their minds. However, I wasn't planning on doing that as I got enough practice for now! I put my hands together....and ended their lives along with the woman experiencing her own hell.
