Alex's ride continued to move deeper and deeper till they finally left the city and were now on a forest path, and the car was still moving forward.

Ken woke up sometime later and was shocked to discover that they were in a forest, the first thought that came to his mind was that they were being kidnapped.

He wanted to scream when he noticed that Alex was looking at him with a calm gaze, he soon deduced that Alex was not bothered by their environment, so this must be the right way to the school.

Although he knew that the college was very secretive, he was still confused as to why such a big and powerful school would be in a forest, he was already starting to imagine the picture of the school as a very old ancient building with bushes all around it, devoid of life and a lonely place as the image of the school and its surroundings, his face suddenly paled, he was now thinking that maybe they might have been tricked from the very beginning.

Alex easily guessed what was going through Ken's mind because he could remember that the old Alex also had similar thoughts during his own time, he also had the same pale expression and he had even cried before they could get to the school, so he thought it would be fine to comfort Ken.

"Don't be like that, this is just to make the school hard to locate, with so many twists and turns inside a quiet forest, anyone with the hopes of finding the school on their own would definitely give up after some days, but I assure you, the school won't disappoint you, so relax"

Ken somehow calmed down a little after hearing Alex's words but he still couldn't get the weird thinking out of his mind completely, he just sat there and hoped Alex's words were true, he closed his eyes, brought his palms together and started praying silently.

Alex was amused by his reaction, he had the urge to laugh but managed to control himself, he thought about something and smiled.

"Soon, very soon" he kept repeating to himself as he closed his eyes, resting his head on the headrest of the car seat.

A golden light and a green light shot across the sky at an incredible speed, they kept flying above the wide forest below them, heading towards the huge wall over ten thousand meters high a mile away from the forest.

"Halt!" Yelled one of the guards who was wearing a full set of silver armor. The only missing part was his helmet, he had a long silver sword by his waist.

He was a middle-aged-looking man with red hair and red sharp eyes, red aura emitting from his body, it was obvious that he was the head guard here as the others only dared to approach the two new guests by following behind him.

"Calm down William, it's me," the man in golden armor said loudly while waving his hands to disperse the dust.

"General Marco?" The silver armored man now known as William raised his brows, he immediately hurried towards the two figures, and immediately he was in front of them, he bowed deeply.

"Welcome general, please forgive my rude behavior for not recognizing you earlier" he turned to the robed old man and also bowed" welcome, advisor, please pardon my ignorance," William said, still bowing to them.

" It's ok, you were just following protocols, if there's nothing more, I would be going now," Marco said indifferently and stepped past William.

"General!!" The rest of the guards shouted in unison and they all saluted too.

"Open the gate" William ordered

One of the guards who was wearing a silver robe with white gloves started to channel his Mana as he quickly connected his space elemental moons, it took him six seconds to successfully connect the moons and finally cast the spell.

His eyes turned silver as the giant Gate started to rise, following the motion of his hands.

The gate finally raised fully and with a bang sound stopped after hitting the last space it had left to move into.

After the gate opened, Marco and the old vent went in, after crossing the gate, Marco turned back to the space mage who had just opened the gate for them and asked "what's your name and your rank?"

The forty-something years old guard was shocked that the general had just spoken to him, to them the general was a legendary figure who was really seen by common people and was also one of the strongest mages in the whole empire.

Seeing the general alone was already enough for him to brag about for the rest of his life but now the general was actually talking to him.

He was so excited that he didn't know how to respond and just kept staring at Marco with wide eyes.

"I just asked a question" Marco repeated, this time his voice sounding slightly irritated.
