Getting a magic pet
"Hahaha, no wonder I felt it was familiar. So it really is that kid. What's his name again, hmm…I think it was…Alex, right?" The turtle tiger suddenly burst out in laughter. The oppressive air surrounding it was also suddenly gone.
Becky was surprised that this scary beast knew Alex and from the way it spoke, Becky could feel that their relationship was a friendly one.
"He truly is an abnormal type, isn't he? He not only succeeded on the first day of his awakening but also helped someone else accomplish the same thing in a week. Truly impressive" The words of the turtle tiger woke Becky from her stupor and she rapidly nodded without fully understanding the beast's words.
"Feel at ease, young one. Alex and I…were truly great friends. Ah, the good old days" The beast sighed, it looked like it was in a nostalgic state and this made Becky wonder about the history the both of them had.
