"I know what you are thinking and no, you weren't about to become a mage and there are not a lot of mages on this planet"
" Then…why did I suddenly become so strong?" Becky stared at him, not quite assured by Alex's words.
" Just let me explain," Alex sighed and proceeded to tell her why she became faster, stronger, and more resilient than normal people was simply because of him.
Becky's eyebrows raised in confusion as to how he could have caused such changes in her when he was not even there.
Her eyes widened after Alex told her that it was the mark that had made finding her easy for him, the same mark was what was affecting her and slowly improving her physique.
"Umm, is that all your…mark can do? Tracking me and strengthening me?" Becky asked, a bit worried that something bad might happen. Did the mark have a side effect that would appear only later? Though she was certain that Alex would not harm her for any reason, she still asked regardless.
