Ambushed
Kai, who was quietly riding on the back of his raven with his eyes closed immediately opened them when he heard the loud voice. His beautiful blue eyes stared down at the dense forest from above with an excited expression.
"It finally started, I'll find those other core mages first and play with them!" Kai chuckled as he controlled his magic pet to descend into the forest and fly at a lower altitude.
He had thought of going to look for Wendy and Becky so they could all move together but remembered the words of the instructor who had dropped them off in this location.
"Teaming up isn't allowed but working together is acceptable. Isn't that just the same as saying that we should not make it obvious while teaming up?" Kai said to himself with a doubting expression on his face as he drifted past huge trees on the back of his raven.
