Later that night, just as everyone had turned in, Lilly went into the kitchen to make the coffee, all the while letting out few curses at the tactics Shane used to get her alone. She had wanted to avoid him but how is she going to do that with him acting like this? This is all her fault, she shouldn't have taken that coffee to him that night. But if she didn't, she wouldn't have kissed him!
Remembering the feel of his lips on hers, a smile slowly curved on her frowning lips, she would do anything to kiss him again, anything to be with him. But she can't, he is her boss and she is nothing but a maid.
