Chapter 8

Peter awoke the next morning to find Mary Jane and Sue's bodies still pressed against him with peaceful looks on their faces. Peter didn't think he could feel safe again after what Stark did. 'Only time will tell.' He thought and though he did wanted to stay in this position for a bit longer, Peter knew that when the ladies woke up that they would want to go for a morning round which wouldn't be bad but the Web Warriors and Fours were expecting them at the Abbey soon. So as carefully as he could, Peter mange to get out from under the girls, go shower, dress and checked on May and Valeria. Who was practically in the position that the parents had left them last night yet starting to wake up, picking up his daughters Peter thanked the maiden spirit, who said that May had never slept so peacefully before, and took the girls to the kitchen. Putting them in highchairs Peter began making breakfast when there came a knock on the door, "Who could that be?" He wondered as he went to answer the door and blinked in surprise at seeing who was on the other side.

"Hello, Peter." Ororo Munro said, she was still wearing the strange warrior outfit from before and looking like she just got out of bed with her white hair slightly disheveled. Peter knew that she been unconscious since being brought to the Abbey, mainly because he paid her a visit everyday due to the strange connection between them that none of the magic users could explain. It was because of this bond that told Peter that Ororo had just woken up and immediately left the infirmary to come here, Peter furrowed his brow with worry as he said "Ororo, you're up. What are you doing here? You should be in the infirmary being checked out." Ororo bowed her dark skin head looked sad as she replied with a "Sorry." Peter heard and felt the sadness coming from her as if she had displeased him, his eyes softened "Well come in." Ororo obeyed as she gave a small bow that confused Peter a bit before she entered.

Ororo gazed around the cabin, her eyes widening in surprise at the bigger inside and then they landed on May and Valeria, who grinned back even as her mouth dropped open and asked for confirmation to what she was seeing. "You… You have children?" Peter nodded "Yes, my daughters…" He was about to say their names when Ororo said "May and Valeria." Peter looked at her curiously thinking that it was the bond and getting signs of this as she continued. "And their mothers Mary Jane and Susan are in the bedroom. Recovering from the passionate intercourse you three had last night." "Yes, and I would like to know how you know that." Peter asked to which Ororo answered with her cheeks becoming a bit lighter than before as she blushed. "Because I saw it, I been somehow able to watch you like a spirit next to you while I was recovering. This is how I knew you were here and how to get here from the infirmary, though I had a strange feeling as I walked here that I already knew the way."

'So she can recall her stay at the Abbey, even if she can't remember it yet.' Peter summarized in his head and said "Well, a course you've known, you been here before. Well…" Peter added "Not in this cabin I'm sure, but don't you recall joining the Midnight Suns and fighting bad guys along side us?" Ororo's eyes squinted as she tried to recall what Peter was saying "I'm not sure… My life before I washed up on Themyscira is fuzzy. Though since you saved me, I been able to recall some fragments of you, but the rest I can't…" Ororo's eyes clenched tighter as she remembered harder, but Peter sensed that she would only hurt herself and said "Stop, don't push yourself. If you are getting fragments, then more will come with time and we'll help you." This seem to deterred Ororo from trying to force herself to remember and smiled at Peter as she thanked him, then the lightning tingling feeling he felt when he had kissed her returning in a sudden surge as their eyes met and the two suddenly unconsciously found themselves being pulled to each other. When he was close enough Peter instinctively grabbed Ororo's waist and pulling her body to him, her breast being sandwiched against his chest as she in turn wrapped her arms around his neck. Her fingers running through Peter's hair as their faces got closer and closer, lips inches away before meeting and just like the first time Peter felt like he was struck by lightning. But in a good way as his mouth moved against Ororo's in a kiss that quickly turned fierce, Peter sticking his tongue out to rub against Ororo's lips asking for entry and she answered by opening up to met his tongue with hers. The making out lasted a good five minutes with small break always for air and might've have gone on longer, but as Peter's hands slowly crept down from Ororo's waist to her big round ass there came a soft cough. Pulling their mouths apart the two turned their heads to see Mary Jane, in a red nightgown, standing in the entryway to the hallway. An eyebrow raised yet there was a smirk on her lips as she said "Sorry for the interruption, but I had a feeling you were about to do more than kissing and I don't think that is appropriate to do in front of the girls."

Ororo seemed to regain herself to realize what just happened and her eyes widened in horror as she unwrapped her arms from Peter's neck and stepped several paces away, touching her lips as she cursed under breath about someone name 'Hippolyta' whipping her butt for performing such an act. This made Peter and Mary Jane curious but pretended that they didn't hear Ororo as she then said a bit louder, "I'm sorry, Peter. I don't know what came over me." To which a new voice answered "It's the bond." And Sue appeared from behind MJ in also a red nightgown that she borrowing and walked casually into the kitchen to resume making breakfast, "You were fading and Peter anchored you to both this reality and to him, where ever you were before Storm it messed with your connection until Peter 'solved' it I guess you could say. Are you hungry?" Ororo was still looking confused but just then her stomach growled and she decided that she would get a proper explanation later as she answered with "Um, yes I am. In fact, I'm starving." To which Peter, MJ and Sue chuckled at "Well being asleep for a week would make anyone." And they went to eat.

They had just finished their breakfast, Ororo having almost three servings of pancakes, when Hunter and Steve arrived and it was Sue who answered the door this time. "Ah good morning." She said casually and trying not to laugh at the raised eyebrows, Hunter recovered from her surprise first to say "And good morning to you too Sue, I see that you and Peter are finally… Together." "Yes, we are. Let me guess why you're here. Storm?" Sue asked and Steve nodded "Yes, she disappeared from the infirmary and we need help searching the Abbey grounds." This time Sue did laugh as she answered with a "There no need, Ororo is here." And she opened the door to let the two inside. Who saw their escapee talking with Peter and Mary Jane with their hands on her glowing lasso, "So I'm a mutant and my powers doesn't come from Zeus?" Ororo asked "Yes, your ability to harness the weather comes from a genetic trait call the 'X-gene'. Which give each mutant a super human power that differ from person to person." Peter explained truthfully "But you're not mutants?" Ororo questioned "No, radioactive spider bites." Mary Jane answered "Oh, morning Steve, Hunter." She then said as the two approached and Ororo narrowed her eyes "I… I know you two."

"Don't you recall Ororo? I'm Steve Rogers and this is Hunter, we're your friends." Steve said cautiously since he was told that Ororo had some memory problems, but hope that she would remember them. Apparently she sort of did because she said experimentally, "Cap. Right?" Which brought a smile to everyone face. Leaving Ororo to talk to the two new arrivals, Peter and his wives went back to their room to get dressed in their costumes. During which Peter apologize for kissing Ororo, "It's because of the bond you two have, no doubt there be more moments like that." Sue said "Probably, but still…" Peter began to say when MJ reached out to place a finger on his lips "Love, it's okay. We know you love us and wouldn't purposely hurt us, this bond you have with Storm is strange and we don't know what it will entitle in more than a kiss. So push your worries out of your mind for now and focus on the tasks of the day. Which I say includes…" Walking over to the bedside table MJ opened the drawer and toss a small box to Peter, who immediately knew what it was as he opened it to reveal a diamond ring. Smiling at his first wife Peter walked over to his second wife, who was confused by what was going on until Peter took her left hand and slipped the ring onto her finger.

"We'll have a proper wedding soon, but for now a wife does need a ring to make it official." Peter said and Mary Jane beamed as she watched Sue throw her arms around Peter and kiss him, feeling comfortable in watching the two as she was surprisingly comfortable with Peter and Ororo making out. 'Ever since Stark destroyed our lives, our family is rebuilding with new members that I'm not jealous of joining. Probably because I know that neither Sue or Ororo or any of the other women I have a feeling will join us, will steal Peter away. I know that he will always swing back to me.'

When the three returned to the living room they heard Hunter ask Ororo "When you speak of Typhon do you mean The Typhon?" Ororo nodded as she answered. "Born of Gaia. The father of all monsters, the bringer of pure chaos who been imprisoned in Tartarus for millennium and now have broken free. Yes that Typhon. Who attacked and, like me, had now either imprisoned or enslaved my fellow Amazon sisters, who I must go leave to free at once." Ororo looked like she was about to stand up when Steve said "You can't do it on your own Ororo, we are also fighting against Typhon and I promise that if we work together that we will be able free the Amazons from his grasp." Ororo looked skeptical for a moment as if she were about to not trust Steve's words, but then her eyes drifted and locked with Peter's and she almost immediately changed her direction as Ororo replied. "Alright Steven, I will fight along side you and I don't know why, but I just have a feeling that you are a man of your word even without the lasso of truth and will help in rescuing my sisters. I do requests for one thing."

Steve raised an eyebrow "And what would that be?" And still not breaking eye contact with Peter Ororo said "I request that whatever battlefield that you send your force, I will only go with the force that Peter Parker is a part of." Steve and Hunter exchanged looks with each other and MJ and Sue, who nodded in agreement and so Captain America answered with "I grant your request, Storm you are assigned to the Web Warriors and will follow Peter Parker's orders to the letter. Do you understand?" Ororo nodded "Yes, I do." "Good…" Hunter said stand up from her seat "Now that we are done here, we can get to the other business that brought us here." Mary Jane raised an eyebrow "What is it?" Also getting to his feet Steve took a deep breath before he answered with a frown on his face. "Stark wants to talk to you, Peter." Hearing this finally made Peter break his eye contact with Ororo as he look at the Captain with an annoyed look "What can there be to discuss with that jerk? Especially right after he tried to use my Aunt as bait."

To which Hunter replied with "Said that if you only knew his side, you won't be so quick to become a criminal." This made Peter and Mary Jane snort, while Sue, sensing there was more to it than just Stark wanting to talk to the Parkers, cautiously asked "Does, Reed, wish to speak as well?" Seeing that she caught on quickly, Steve nodded solemnly "Yes. He is also wanting to talk with you too, Susan." Sensing the nervousness from her sister wife, Mary Jane went over to hug her and whisper into Sue's ear. "Don't be afraid, we'll be by your side the whole time and if he starts to make you feel 'uncomfortable' then we will hang up the call immediately." This lightened up Sue's heart and she nodded before planting a kiss on Mary Jane's cheek in thanks, and received a peck on the lips in return for both MJ and a full kiss from Peter. Who walked beside Sue, their daughters in their mothers arms, to the Abbey, along with Steve, Hunter and Ororo who surprisingly felt both a hint of happiness and jealousy at seeing the interaction between Peter and the two women with fantasies about her sharing another kiss with the handsome man coming into her head. That was until Ororo mentally stomp on those thoughts, 'What am I thinking, Peter is a man and I'm an Amazon who hate men, I took an oath.' She tried to tell herself, but again the more Ororo tried to not think about the brown hair Spider-Man, the more she found herself doing just that 'By the Gods, what is happening to me?' Ororo wondered.

Entering the War Room Peter saw the hologram forms of Iron Man, Mr. Fantastic, Director Hill and Captain Marvel on the Mirror Table. Standing in the room was Cartaker, Luke Cage and She-Hulk, though she seemed to be looking a bit uncomfortable in the company of people who she had called friends and yet now was wondering if they saw her as one. Jennifer assumed that she was only allowed to be here in the War Room was because she was on Tony side and this was a meeting between his and Steve side. Who gathered around the table and Peter folded his arms as he spoke in a flat voice, "We're quite busy right now Stark. Talk fast, Nutjob?" Iron Man look at him with his Metal unreadable face. "That's quite rude to say, Pete."

Peter narrowed his eyes "What do you want, Stark?" To which Iron Man replied with "To convince you that you're on the wrong side." Peter raised an eyebrow. "And how am on the wrong side? Because in comparing your side to Caps, he isn't hunting down fellow heroes. He not exposing their secret identities, that they trusted you to keep a secret, to the whole world and then try to capture them by using explosive missiles with the high precision of innocent people getting blown up in the crossfire. And, Cap not is not throwing the barely alive heroes into a prison that drives a person mad." For several minutes there were silence with Iron Man and Reed shifting from foot to foot, only Hill remained undeterred as she spoke. "Mr. Parker, you must see that we just doing what was necessary. You broke the law and refused to register, so you faced the consequences for your actions. But if you join up now, we can undo what been done and…"

She was cut off by Peter scoffing and saying "Yeah right, you think that I would still want to work with people who not only tried to kill me and my family. But also just try to use my own Aunt as bait, the reason why you are so desperate to try and get me on your side is because both me and my Aunt have made you all look bad." Sue nodded with the others as she added sarcastically yet also angrily "Yeah, you are pathetic. The whole lot of you." At hearing Sue, Reed finally opened his mouth to speak. "Sue honey, you're not-." But he didn't get another word out before Sue shut him up with a snarl in her voice and it was fortunate that they had let Johnny and Rio Morales watch the girls or they might've gotten upset. "Don't act like we still together Reed, we're done!" Reed look surprised. "What? You didn't think my threat about leaving you if you revealed Peter's identity wasn't serious? Typical. Maybe if I told you in a formula of numbers or equations, then you might have heard it but a course you would've probably still chose to ignore it! I'm not your wife anymore, you're not Valeria father either! Which a course you never were at all and you and Stark are not allow to come to me and Peter's wedding."

This news surprised not only the members of Stark's team, but also the members of Steve's both in the room and those who heard from the common room. Sue was still red face until Peter took her hand in his which calmed her down as he spoke "Well, I say that unless you want to change the subject to the threat of Typhon and the mythology monsters. Then I say that we have nothing else to discuss, but know this Stark if you try to use my Aunt as bait again or hurt her in any way like throwing her into Prison 42. I will pummel your armor flat as a soda can." This time it was Captain Marvel turn to speak "No harm will come to May, Peter. I swear it…" Though her image was distorted, Peter saw truth in Carol's eyes "Also I want to apologize to you Peter, while I did knew about your identity being revealed. I told Tony to wait until after I tried to convince you, and there was definitely not suppose to have been any RPGs." Carol add giving an annoyed look at Tony and Hill before continuing "And you're correct Peter. Right now we have bigger fish to fry in the form of this Typhon guy. From what Spider-Man… I mean, Reilly…" Carol quickly corrected seeing the growing annoyed expression appearing on Mary Jane and Sue's face. "He said that the guy managed to somehow release an EMP that disabled his suit and destroyed Rhodey's armor."

"We can answer to how he did that…" Hunter said "Typhon had imprison Storm into the crystal and used her powers to create the electric plus." Tony's group looked confused "Storm? But she been…" That when Tony noticed Ororo standing slightly behind Peter, "Ororo! Oh man, it's great to see you again and that outfit is…" Hunter spoke over loudly to cut Tony off, "Storm doesn't remember you Stark, her memory is a bit fuzzy."

'And from what I have heard what this guy had done to Peter, I'm very glad that I don't remember him.' Ororo thought as Hunter went on, "She was trapped in the crystal along with other people, who haven't awoken yet. Though now that Ororo had awakened, they should hopefully soon." Hill's brow furrowed "Theses people might have powers, Captain Rogers, you must turn them over once they awake so they can be registered." Both Carol and the members of the Resistance couldn't almost believe what Hill just said. "Sweet Christmas. I can't believe it." Luke Cage commented "Did she really just say for the people against the law where heroes being hunted down and imprisoned without trial, would just give over the folks that, if they have missing memories like Ororo or might even be from the Ancient Greek time period, would not want to work with those who will most likely throw them into cell. Yeah right." Before Hill could try to speak Ororo stepped forward and said "The man is right. I may not know who was also captured by the evil Titan, but most likely they came from the same place I did and will no doubt have the same desire for open freedom. The freedom to choose our own path guided by the Fates, I can just tell that the Captain offers this and wherever or not we want to choose to fight Typhon or not. But from what I've heard about this 'Registration Act', you are offering just two choices. Enslavement, or, Imprisonment…" Ororo's eyes slowly turned white, her hair began to rise like when lightning was near and there was the smell of ozone in the air. "Typhon made those two objects one in that crystal, and I refuse to become enslaved again by anyone. Either a mad Titan or a madman like you, Stark." She said the name with venom and the other started to hear the sound of thunderclouds building up above when Peter reached out to touch the woman's shoulder. "Ororo." He said softly and almost immediately she calmed down. After a few minutes of silence Steve spoke "Seems that you have your answer Hill, we are not giving anyone to you."

"But you're fine with kidnapping She-Hulk and War Machine?" Tony asked, to which Jennifer replied with "They didn't kidnap us Tony, we saw a bigger threat than unregistered heroes. One that's is just as dangerous as Cthon and we knew that we had to come here. Also I listened to Caps side of the war and while I still support the Registration Act, I now see the issues and flaws with the law that makes it counterproductive to the Constitution. Theses flaws must be corrected and we also need to change our tune, Tony, or else we'll be right back at each other throats when Typhon is defeated." For a few minutes there was silence and while Tony and Reed didn't looked like he was totally convinced and Hill not at all, Carol did as she said "Send me an email of the flaws Jennifer and I'll speak to the president." The other looked like they were about to object, but Carol gave them a stern look and her fist glowed slightly before she went on. "I'll get back with you as soon as I can." Steve nodded "Thank you Carol." She nodded back "A course, oh Cap, could you please pass a message on to Blade for me? Tell him that I'm sorry." Steve smile "I will, though he'll expect one from you as well when you two meet." Carol smiled back and, before anymore could be said, ended the call.
