A few days later, Maverick receive a piece of unwanted news.

"What?! She rejected it?!", he asked his servant.

"Yes, my prince. The Azure Kingdom's cleric sends back the ring."

"Does my mom know about this?"

"Perhaps, the Queen knows it already."

"Ergh!" Maverick push his servant away.

He steps to his mother's room eagerly. Without knocking, he burst inside. Queen Elizabeth who happen to read her book quickly stand from where she sat. She looks at Maverick worriedly, knowing that his son already knows about it.

"She rejected me?! Why didn't you tell me?!", he asked her.

"Maverick, don't raise your voice to your mom. Calm down," said King Alexander.

"I don't care! You need to do something about it!"

"Or what?", King Alexander asked him back.

"If you're my parents, proof it!"

Maverick step out of the room. His mind is already messed up. He went back to his chamber and burst his anger.

"Ergh!!!"
