Maverick POV

She's really happy when with Evander. But, why I can't get the same happiness?

Every time I'm around her, she doesn't show any excitement. Just normal. Leaving her by Evander's side last night is a mistake. What do they talking about?

"Mom didn't want to send the proposal to her yet."

If this keeps on going, I'll lose her. And I don't want that to happen! She's mine

and only mines no matter what happens and what people will say! I'll do anything

just to get her even if I need to hurt someone!

Knock Knock!!!

"Come in!", I said.

"Am I disturbing you?", my mom asked me.

"Nope. Not at all."

She sits on one of the seats. She called me to sit next to her.

"I would like to ask you something," she said.

"What?"

"Do you really, willingly and seriously wants Princess Serenity to be your queen?", she asked in a serious tone.

"Yes! Of course, I'm serious about it! If not, I would never ask you to send the

engagement ring to her!"
