DISAPPOINTED

Heaven opened her, and looked around dazedly. Fear gripped her when she saw the darkly lit environment.

"How did I get here"? She massaged her head in pain.

" Hello, anyone there"? Heaven yelled anxiously. She moved back in fright when she saw a shadow at the corner of the room.

"W-what do you want from me"? She asked carefully.

Moyan stared at her silently. He was waiting for someone to come. There is no doubt he would.

"Why are you doing this. Is it for money"? Heaven asked again.

" Don't worry I won't hurt you just sit quietly and wait ". Moyan finally said.

" I was worried before, and I'm still worries now but this time, I'm worried about you. My husband is always crazed with situations like this". Heaven said truthfully. Anyone who knows Lothaire would know that he doesn't joke with his family.

"Are you trying to make me scared. Is it a threat"? Moyan felt amused . It was as if he was communicating with Lothana instead of his captive. Just like Lothana, this woman don't know how to read the situation.

"I'm not, okay? I'm just stating a fact". Heaven said calmly. The reason she instigated him to talk is that from one's tone, you can judge his or her intentions or actions.

"Is the rope too tight"? Moyan subconsciously asked . Realizing his mistake, he had the urge to slap himself . No wonder lothana wasn't afraid when she was kidnapped by him.

Just because the woman is similar to Lothana he started showing unnecessary concern.

Heaven was taken aback, but she smiled amusedly. 'what kind of kidnaper is like him'?

"You're funny". She giggled.

Moyan was stunned by that sound. He strained his eyes to see the contour of her face. It made his heart ..... Race?

Moyan's clenched his fist. "Are you a witch"? He asked in annoyance. Frequently he has been meeting a lot of witches that are trying to possess him.

"Hahaha! Is there a thing like that"? Heaven laughed. For a kidnapper, he is quite inexperienced and shy.

Moyan exploded in anger when he read her thoughts. "What do you mean by inexperienced and shy! The only reason I feel compelled to treat you well is because you remind me of someone and I also didn't have any Ill feeling towards you"!

" You don't have to explain .... I like you already". Heaven smiled.

" Hold on .... Did I hear you correctly"?! Lothaire who just came in with Lothana, exploaded.

"Eh? Honey you're here"! Heaven straightened her back in surprise.

"Am I not supposed to be here"? Lothaire got more ängry, hearing her words.

"Look it's really not what you think"! Heaven hurriedly explained. A jealous Lothaire can be really explosive.

"Hm. I'm listening"!

**An Hour Ago**

" What the fxck do you mean"! Lothana exploded in ânger. The nerve of that person to take her mother, her mom! Of all people.

Jerome ran his hand through his head in frustration. He just wanted to beat himself up!

"You just stood there and let them take her"! Lothaire looked at him with bloodshot eyes. He grounded his teeth, thinking of all the situations Heaven would be in. She still hasn't recovered from the traumatic experience 17 years ago!

"Didn't you listen to me"? Jerome yelled back. He felt guilty! Did Lothaire have to press him more?

"Oh I listened. You didn't let them take her. You just didn't have senses to notice someone creeping behind you. Are you even human"?! Lothaire fires back.

"You should look for a solution instead of bickering". Jasmine interupted their quarrel.

On the stairs, Hyden listened to them with confliction. He still didn't want to go down but he just couldn't ignore his mom. Although he was very sure that Lothaire would figure it out, he couldn't stay and do nothing.

Bracing himself, Hyden walked down. "I can locate mom". He said softly.

"How? What will you do"? Lothana ran to him, and held his hand.

Hyden glanced at Jasmine, and shivered when he saw the smile on her face. To him, it looked very evïl.

"U-uncle Jerome, can I hold you for a second"? Hyden walked stiffly to Jerome.

Although confused, Jerome still extended his hand.

Hyden held it, and sniffed him. Prying his memory, he saw all that happened but it didn't stop there. He could still see what happened not through Jerome's memory, but with his own eyes, as he appeared there.

If Hyden was in Lothana's class in Royal High, he would hve know that it was time travel.

Following the person who took his mom, they arrived at a place not very far from the street, but very secluded. Achieving his aim, Hyden unhanded Jerome.

"What.. did you find her"? Even if Lothana didn't understand what Hyden did, she decided to have hope that nothing.

"She is not very far from the place they took her. I can bring you there". He suggested.

" No"! Both Lothaire and Lothana said in unison. It would be better for him not to be exposed to that side of the world.

Seeing their anxiety, Hyden didn't press on . He could understand what they meant. But if only they know that they world he is in, is more scary than the reality of life.

Stretching out his hand, a mist enveloped both Lothana and Lothaire, nd they slowly dissipated.

Jasmine smiled when she saw this. ' he is really a perfect vessle for evil deeds'. Blessed with numerous powers, he may have many people on his tail if exposed. Good thing he has such powerful family members.

**Presently**

"M-Moyan"! Lothana called in disbelief. Even though the surrounding had only a low candle light, she could tell it was him.

"Lothana"? Moyan stood up in surprise. Don't tell me... "Shït"! He cûrsed under his breath.

"How could you"! Lothana yelled in ânger.

" Calm down and hear me out"! Moyan took two steps forward. He so badly wanted to explain to her .

"How did you know my daughter"? Lothaire stood in front of Lothana, not giving him chance to get to her.

Heaven pulled Lothaire out of the way, and dragged his out through the door she saw.

"What are you doing? Do you like him so much that you can't bare to see him hurt by me"? Lothaire asked darkly. His eyes brewing danger.

"Yes I like him! He is the kind of guy I like for..."

" Just wait and see how I kill him"! Lothaire walked back in before Heaven could stop him.

Pulling Moyan outside, he drew out his sword. "I won't let you off for trying to hurt my wife"! He seêthed and charged at him.

Moyan stared at him in surprise. But he expected it though.

He kept dodging Lothaire's attack without raising his own sword, which made Lothaire more ängry.

Watching the fight, Heaven could tell from the side that Lothaire was no match for the young man. Ha! It was quite funny to watch. She walked into the shabby looking place, and her heart shattered when she saw her daughter's weak appearance.

"What's wrong baby. Tell me". Heaven ran to her, and squat beside her.

Lothana wanted to turn away but since Heaven had already seen her, there was nothing to hide anymore.

Seeing the familiar look in her daughter's eyes, Heaven sighed in pain. "You love him don't you"?

Lothana clenched her fist. "I do, not anymore"! She said suddenly.

" Why don't I hear a past tense in your sentence"? Heaven asked with a smile." You don't just stop loving a person because you want to. There must be a take, a reason your heart will accept without questioning. What you feel now is disappointment. You feel betrayéd". Heaven pulled her into a hug.

" Do whatever you want, I'll support you". She said softly, patting lothana slowly.

Lothana struggled to hold back her tears. Even though she was a person with few emotions , she clearly knew what love is, seeing it from her parents . When she realized that het actions towards Moyan is the same as that of her mom towards her dad, she was convinced that she felt something for him .

Just when she wanted to accept the feeling. No matter how much love it is, she can't let a potential threat to her family , stay close to her.

Lothaire dropped his sword, and guaged the young man before him. "What do you want from us"? He asked straight away.

Moyan was impressed by Lothaire. At first he thought that Lothaire was fighting with him because he kidnãpped his wife, but latter on he found out that he was actually gauging his strength, and thinking if he was an enëmy.

"There is someone who holds the Lady dearly. He also holds something that belongs to me. So I used yet as a bait to draw him out. But seeing the situation, I'm sure he won't take the bait". Moyan's eyes darted to the figure it white robe.

Lothaire followed his line of sight, and caught sight of the figure. He snickered. "Do they have to be so obvious"?

"When one holds absolute power, they have nothing to fear. Even their servant become confident ". Moyan said uninterestedly.

Seeing his expression, Lothaire made a bold guess. "You could get what you want through another means why result to this means"? Although he had guessed, he still wanted to confirm .

"I wanted to know his reactions when he finds out that his hidden guards cannot protect whom he wants to protect". Moyan smirked.

" Who is he"? Lothaire asked dångerously. His wife still atrracts smelly men.

"I'm guessing he should be your father-in-law". Moyan said dryly.

Lothaire raised an eyebrow. 'Father-in-law'? He did not see that coming.

"Let's go"! Heaven dragged Lothaire away. She made an eye sign to Lothana.

"W-why are we leaving our daughter there"? Lothaire turned back frequently to see what was going on.

Lothana stood before Moyan emotionlessly. "Were you always this selfish"?

"I-I didn't know she was your mother". Moyan's head dropped. He couldn't bear to look at her emotionless face.

"You didn't know? Tell me. If you had know would it have been any different"? Lothana asked in a cracked voice.

" I...." Moyan sighed chaotically.

"I thought so too. So it doesn't make a difference whether you knew or not". Lothana tried to suppress the hurt in her voice. She turned around and walked away!

'just when I though I could love you freely'.

Moyan froze. He had unknowingly read her mind, and happened to hear her last sentence.

It kept resounding in his ears .

"Lothana wait"! He quickly ran after her, but the further he ran, the farther she went.

Moyan stopped, and gasped in pain. Not from running but from the suffocating feeling in his heart.

"If I had known that she is your mother, I really would not have kidnapped her for what ever reason it may be". He sighed .

Eril who watched everything from the side, snickered.

"You could have just said so since"!...
