I won't be afraid to turn back past

I was running on the middle of the night screaming but i only heared my voice bouncing into the wall i cried but no one hear it i can't help it but to cry and cover my mouth even if i can't breath hold on words that came into my mouth "Sandy!!! c'mon wake up your just have a nightmare!!sandy sandy!! i slowly open my eyes with tears and found out it was just nightmare that hunting me i cried and aunte lani comfort me with hug i don't know what happened but that scenario always pop up into my mind what i have done?plss i will face that no matter what
