Wet At The Pool

One thing led to another as the both of us now laid on the pool lounge chairs at the water park while several groups of people from friends to family walk past us. Cain eventually turns in my direction as he lowers the sunglasses I had originally only planned to play dress up for fun— who knew he was going to just purchase it?

"What's wrong? You don't seem that excited. I even brought you to enjoy the layman's entertainment in this place. Sort of a reminder of where you'll go for entertainment now that your family's circumstances are a little different." Cain leans back against the seat as I could only stared at him in disbelief.

"Cain... since earlier... Why have you been picking a fight? I thought we were over the entire situation and resolved it earlier... Why do you insist on belittling me?" I sat upright in the seat, breaking my hand free from his as he realises the discontent in my voice.
