Chapter 13: Is that all? 

"I'LL TELL YOU, PLEASE! I-I'LL SPEAK! DON'T EAT ME!?" 

"Oh? Great, then state the name" 

"I-i-it was the Bloodhound! Duke Lester Blo-oodhound!"

"Huff Huff, Ple-asseeee, Help me, It w-as th-e Bloo-dho-unds"

All of the poor bastard's limited breathing could be heard in the room, but still, the little assassin's gaze was so terrifying to him that the twins felt it and waited earnestly for the answer or the next question for the interrogation. There was nothing in their eyes, only the poor prisoner had an inkling of his illusions. 

"... expected" 

"Wha-t?" 

The prisoner was shocked to hear from him and expected to ask why or whatever the reason might be, but he couldn't concentrate on looking at him because of his serious injuries and the frightening aura that surrounded Alpin. 

"So you would like me to know more about the reason why? We knew it from the very beginning, Human". 

"Mer-cy, plea-se" 

"This is boring. I expect more disgusting nobles to mess with us." 

"No-ooo! Ple-ase! I am t-elling the tr-uth! We are assigne-d to jus-.." 

"Just to fucking mess around and look to see if the Princess was here, right? Try again"

"Look, I dont wan—Hmm" 

He stopped halfway when he felt the aura above the ground, he needed to see the lady since he knows that she was already done dressing up. Turning his back, he gestured to the twins and began to walk out. 

"You wasted my time. I should have taken care of the little bird upstairs." 

"Waaaaaa-it! UGH!" 

"Deal with it, take care of the rest. Send a report to Lokis and put an end to the lowly underground bastards who don't know their place. 

"Yes, Master Alpin" 

"At your command" 

The twins bowed their heads as Alpin left the room. As the seconds passed, they turned their heads to focus on the injured bastard's soul, trembling with fear. 

"Whaa-t are yo-u goi-ng to do wi-th me?" 

"...." 

"...." 

"Wha-" 

"How dar-e you l-ook around my li-ttle si-ster," Zero cried, shaking with rage as he held his Skull-Handed Daggers in both hands. 

"You are lucky enough to survive this far, Jared. 

"Ho-w do yo-u kn-ow my nam-e?" 

"You and your so-called group will end with the snap of a finger, you have messed with the wrong people" Xeno said as she sharpened her poignard dagger. 

"Nooo-o, do yo-u think you fo-ols can get a-way with our group? Have yo-u even heard of us? You will not get a-way with this if our le-ader knows what will ha-ppen to us! HAHAHAHAHAHA! 

" You mean the Atlas Group, known as one of the most dangerous underground organizations handled by the Notorious junkies, as well as being handled by one of the most shitty nobles in the Empire, both north and west, huh?" 

"Si-s, He didn't kn-ow?" 

"*sigh*"

Xeno walked to his side and leaned her upper body to his level, attempting to reach his ears. Surprisingly, he snapped his eyes open after he heard the most devastating message, she gave him regarding them. 

After hearing this, the bastard was on the verge of shrieking in fear as he could no longer hear his voice, but instead he saw blood spurting out of his mouth. He then saw Xeno piercing through his heart with her dagger, not once, but twice, while still whispering to him. Before his vision turned black, his head was chopped off completely and it rolled to the ground, closing his eyes completely. 

"Sis, wh-what did you tell him a-again?" Zero asked as he wiped his dagger. 

"Hmm? Just a little bit of advice and some information". 

"Um, so what was it that sho-cked him?" Zero placed his dagger in its scabbard. 

"Ah, only a story of the legendary Shadow Walkers, you know" 

"Hmm, al-right sis, can we m-eet little s-is after this? I mi-ss her." Zero fiddled with his fingers. 

"*Giggles* I will ask Sir Lokis, but first you get the head, I will deal with the body and feed it into the hunting grounds" Xeno ruffled Zero's hair, who was still a little boy in her eyes. 

"Y-es, sis"

Alpin was walking down the hallway as he heard her voice from her room, in confusion he stepped beside the door and quietly listened. 

"Ugh, when will I see clearly, Rebecca" 

"My Lady, Master Alpin says that it will take time to recover, it depends on your mana, maybe 1-2 days?" Rebecca responded as she brushed my hair. 

"'How does he know? I can't see much, I only wanted to walk around the castle." I pouted. 

"My lady, you should rest and follow Master Alpin's advice, because of your condition we cannot just roam around, forgive me." 

"Damn it, bring me my robe and leave me here in the balcony. 

"B-ut my Lady--" 

"No, tonight I want to feel the cold breeze, savor it while that fucker is not here. 

"My lady! Thank goodness he hasn't been here yet." says Rebecca while she looks around the room. 

"I don't care, I just want some freedom, I just want to enjoy it while that jerk is gone". 

"Well, that jerk has already arrived, Cady, but thanks for caring about me." 

"Tsk. Fuc- AWWWWWWWWWWWWW" 

" I said stop cussing" He stared blankly at Cady, which enraged her. 

"But..." 

"Um, I'll just go, have a good night, my lady and Master Alpin, *giggle*" Rebecca quickly leaves the room with a huge smile on her face. 

"...."

"...." 

"*sigh*" Alpin began to carry Cady from her chair and head towards the balcony. 

"What - let me down!?" 

"No." 

"I SAID LET ME..." 

"'Down the floor? I didn't think so? Just stay still and we will be there soon." 

"....." 

Alpin made it out to the balcony and went straight to the table where they have their snacks and tea time, I adjusted the seat slowly and shut my eyes so I could feel the cold air all around me. Alpin watched me and sat opposite of me, then he placed his hand on the desk and under the chin, and continued to observe me closely. 

"....." 

"Ugh, Why are you still watching me, You know its bothering me." 

"Nothing" 

"Huh?!" 

"It's just..." 

"...." 

"...." 

"Ugh, you're annoying" 

"...." 

"Can you stop staring?" 

"...." 

"Oh, god. I hate you" 

"...." 

"...." 

'...." 

"Can you please stop!?" 

"No.." 

"Why?!" 

"Why?..." 

"Ugh, why!" This is really getting on my nerves, this damn guy is just staring at me and smiling, is he really trying to annoy me this whole time? 

"Because...." 

"Because of what?" 

"...hmm" 

"...." How many times have i done facepalming at this moment? 

" I really love your eyes, it changes colors"
