I Was Reborn and I Think I Love the Villainess

Calder Monroe Llyr Kaimana couldn't stop his hands from sweating. He wasn't even sure how he was even holding everything together. He didn't even know how he found the courage to speak up but he did and he did it during his older brother's coronation celebration. Taki Hamako woke up in the Kingdom of Mariella and to his horror in someone else's body. Worse, he heard some names that sounded way too familiar. The name of the body he was in, the body's older brother crown prince Esai Asher Blake Kaimana, Britille Freyer and Syria Trent. "It can't be! It's all the same!" He thought as he watched from the sidelines. They were the names of the last novel his company's star author wrote! Taki couldn't believe his eyes or ears but everything was the same and he couldn't let them die. "Why did her boyfriend break up with her?! Then this novel's ending wouldn't be a blood bath!" Taki now Calder cried inside his heart. "Oh no it's happening!" He cried again. The Baron Freyer is bringing up his daughter alongside Count Trent while Chancellor Graham is leading them. Calder needed to stop the event from happening. "My King!" Chancellor Graham started but Calder interrupts. "My dear King I want these women as my bride candidates!" Now he's done it. "Sure!" His brother proclaims. Calder pales, he didn't think before he acted, worse THE KING KNEW HE WAS BAD WITH WOMEN! Past or present he sucked. That's why Taki's parents arranged his marriage! What's he to do now? He wanted to save everyone but will he save both Villainess and Heroine? Choose a sex fiend or dominatrix? He just wanted to bang his newly wedded wife back in his own world and live a normal, happy life! What the hell happened?!

"I will. I'm getting her small bead and crystals too." Calder said innocently. "D-don't forget Lady Britille!" Rutley shouted as his body trembled. "I really don't want too though." Calder said pitifully.

"I know you fancy Lady Syria but you announced to everyone that you fell in love with both. If you abandon Lady Britille too soon people will think you only fell in love with Lady Syria's bed skills! Her reputation will suffer greatly!" Rutley lectured.

"But we didn't have sex." Calder said calmly. "WHO'S GOING TO BELIEVE THAT!" Rutley shouted as his face burned red. "But it's true. I tricked her into doing things and she was a little curious too but I made her pass out and we just slept in the same bed. She's actually a very pure girl." Calder reported.

Rutley's jaw dropped. "There is no way you could control yourself around that body!" Rutley yelled.

Calder shot him a murderous glare. Rutley shut up instantly as he broke into a cold sweat. "You should not judge people by there appearances." Calder growled then it hit him. He was doing the same to Lady Britille. He had to give her a chance too. Then another idea hit him. In the novel his brother favoured her greatly. If he could push them together then everyone would be happy but he needed to build up some sort of friendship with her.

"Can you find a spare copy of any novel written by Red and bring it to me?" Calder asked. "S-sure." Rutley said as he started to calm down. "But why?" Rutley then asked. "For Lady Britille's gift. I will give it to her tomorrow." Calder said.

....

Calder sat at the table completely happy with his new plan. He had Lady Britille's gift in hand and was gong to give it to her after breakfast while Rutley was busy buying the items he selected for Lady Syria. "You seem to be in a good mood." Esai said as he looked at Calder. "I am but.. are you okay? You don't look so good." Calder said with a concerned tone. Esai immediately brightened up and smiled. "Of course I'm fine." Esai said softly.

"You're not lying right? You would tell me if something was wrong?" Calder asked. Suddenly a loud sound was heard and everyone turned to their gazes to Lady Britille. "Ah, sorry... Really, so, sorry. I didn't mean too... I just... Please excuse me I don't seem to be well." Lady Britille said before she shot up and rushed out the room.

Calder quickly got up. "Sorry. I will be right back. I just want to see if she is okay." Calder said in a hurry before he raced after Lady Britille.

"Lady Freyer, Lady Freyer please wait!" Calder called out as he easily caught up to Lady Britille. "Uh, um, yes your highness." Lady Britille said as she glanced at her handmaid. The handmaid quietly bowed her head to Calder and stepped to the side of Lady Britille. "I wanted to apologise for yesterday. I seemed to have been in a bad state of mind and acted rudely to you." Calder said as he bowed deeply to Lady Britille.

"Oh! Please don't! I could never! I mean, oh my goodness!" Lady Britille said in a flustered voice. She raised her hands and covered her cheeks as her eyes started to spin. "Your highness, please raise your head before someone sees!" Lady Britille's handmaid shouted as she tried to reach out to Calder but stopped mid way.

The small hairs on Calder's neck stood up and he quickly raised his head. Lady Britille showed him a bushing face with tears brimming her eyes while her handmaid looked completely awkward as she half hugged herself. Calder raised his body and then looked more closely at the two. The handmaid took a few steps back and Lady Britille started to tremble.

With a heavy sigh Calder presented Lady Britille his gift. "A gift for the picnic." He said courtly as he practically shoved the book into Lady Britille's face. Lady Britille blinked a few times then slowly took the book from Calder's hands. "The Marvelous Adventures of the Golden Hair Witch?" Lady Britille read slowly then her eyes went down to the author's name as she instantly brightened up. "Oh by Red! I don't think I read this one yet!" Lady Britille exclaimed.

Calder nodded his head and watched as Lady Britille turned the book over. "It has also been signed by the author." Calder said as he continued to watch. Lady Britille's jaw dropped when she heard what he had said and quickly opened the book to the first page. At the bottom was a very fancy and elaborate signature. "I will cherish this!" Lady Britille shouted.

"I'm glad you like your gift. Well I will take my leave." Calder said before he gave Lady Britille a quick bow. "Ah! Wait!" Lady Britille shouted. Calder stopped and looked back without saying a word, waiting to hear what she wanted to say. Lady Britille look flustered as she struggled with her words. "Yes?" Calder asked. "Please tell Lady Syria that I forgive her!" She shouted as her face turned beat red.

"That's something you should say personally." Calder said as he narrowed his gaze. Lady Britille flinched. Calder turned away and walked back towards the dinning hall.

Calder couldn't stop his thoughts from running wild as he tried to not think about Lady Britille's words. "What does Syria need to be forgiven for?" He asked himself. "Don't go down that road." A familiar voice whispered into Calder's right ear. "I can't help it. I want to remember what she did in the novel but what if I slip into some weird comma again? Do you think my body will be able to handle it?" Calder asked his chibi self who wore the white royal suit.

"Does it really matter?" Pure Calder replied with a small shrug. "Sure it does!" Calder shouted a little too loudly. "Why? You already know that this place is not the novel but a world that you were born into. So, does it really matter what Syria did or didn't do?" Pure Calder asked.
