Light and shadow
"Naihua, Naihua, wake up, Naihua."
Naihua's forehead glistened with sweat, her eyes fluttering as if resisting the pull of reality. Her body trembled, her head heavy with the weight of dreams.
"Who are you?" Naihua sat up abruptly, disoriented. Her surroundings blurred, and she reached for her eyes, as if to clear the fog that enveloped her.
"Huahua, are you alright?" Yun Ling's voice cut through the haze.
"Yun-Yun Ling? What are you doing here?" Naihua scanned her surroundings, her memory a fractured mosaic.
"How did I end up in my room?" Her confusion deepened.
Yun Ling took Naihua's palm, her touch grounding. "Be calm," she soothed. "You danced so gracefully and then lost consciousness. The heavenly soldiers rescued you, and Erbienfeng brought you here. We were all so worried when you didn't wake up for a whole day. You were sweating profusely."
