Mana Uniting the Unlikely

Since Commander Lothian had told Henry it was Katerina who sent him a letter talking about the dire situation in Idona, Henry assumed the worst. 

Maximus's mother's face was so pale, the knight wondered instantly if she had been gravely injured. He felt horrible that he had requested her presence since she was the only one he knew in the entire village. 

Since most of the knights were watching the corpses of monsters slowly turn to ash, Siverly felt that his duties were over in regards to that and he approached Henry's side, interested that the knight was familiar with yet another mage. 

He caught Henry's question, concerned with the well-being of the woman. 

"Excuse me, miss, your mana is fluctuating," Siverly observed. "Is this common practice of mages in Idona to irresponsibly deplete their auras like this?"
