"Sylaron!" Henry cried. "It's been such a long time."
Before their wedding, Henry asked the dragon not to appear in Hydrogia or the king was going to suffer another shock he wasn't prepared for. He needed to prove that he could control the dragon who followed him or people would be mistrustful of her in general and he refused for her to be villainized.
Sylaron's tail lifted and appeared out of the water, curling towards the sky as she greeted her master, water dripped off of her scales and she looked particularly magic as the bright sun reflected off of her golden scales littered throughout the dark red.
The dragon hadn't opened her mouth, but when she finally did, a large clam fell out of it and landed with a wet thud next to Henry. Seeing that the clam was dead, the shell easily fell open and a giant pearl appeared. The pearl was a couple of inches wide at least. It was the largest pearl he had ever seen.
