From what the side quest says, the royal palace has managed to find Wang Qian's location through his mana, and they're currently arranging an army to be sent over to kill Wang Qian. If so, Wang Qian needs to get ready for battle, which might require the help of his cult. Just as he was about to use the link to contact Hua Yue, she contacted him, being a step ahead of him.

'My lord, I have some discovery that I need to report' she said

'Is it about the royal palace's action of arranging an army? I already know about that.'

'As expected of my lord, able to get information despite being in that cave. So, what do this loyal believer need to do to help my lord?'

'Although I don't want to rely on the help of my believers, I have no choice as this is my first time having a war. Inform the other believers about the royal palace's movement, ask if any of them are willing to lend a hand. Don't force them though, we should let them choose if they want to accompany me through this war.' he said

'...understood. But my lord, with only our meager of people, how do we defeat the army?'

'Who said we only have people on our side?'

'Pardon? I didn't understand what my lord meant, could my lord explain to this lowly one?'

'I'll show you sooner or later. For now, relay my orders, and remember, don't force them.'

'Understood, I'll relay this order immediately'

Wang Qian then turned his head to Bai Lian, who was lying on the ground and looking above. 

"Are you feeling bored?"

"You stopped meditating, papa? I thought you'll continue on for a few more hours." she said

"Well, I've got a bad news while I was meditating, so I had to stop."

"What is the bad news?" she asked while tilting her head.

"We're going to have a war soon, with the royal palace"

"They found us already?"

"Yup, I've contacted Hua Yue just now so she could ask if anyone is willing to lend us a hand. Let's hope that someone is willing to help so we can win this war and make the royal palace regret their actions."

"mhmm. But does that mean we can't play anymore?" she asked 

"Well, we're going to have a war soon, so we can't waste time playing anymore. But I can play with you for a while before we head to bed, okay?"

Wang Qian the stood up as he walked towards Bai Lian, before carrying her in his arms and walked out of the cave.

As they reached back their room, they took a shower with Bai Lian being the first. Wang Qian sat outside on the sofa while checking his status

'This skill, it might be a game-turning factor. I can use it to possess the dead people from the royal palace's army and use them to fight against themselves. But I'll need a plan for their numbers to drop a lot, else even my people will die, if there is any.' he thought.

As he was devising plans to lower the enemies troops, Bai Lian already finished her session and has walked out of the room. 

"Papa, it's your turn now!" she said

"Okay, I'll take a bath now." he then stood up as he walked towards the bathroom.

After they both took a bath, they went to the dining room to have dinner. As they entered the dining room, they found that Hua Yue and Butler Chen wasn't there.

'That's unusual, looks like we're early today' he thought

They then sit at their usual seats, waiting for Hua Yue and Butler Chen to come. Time passed slowly as they had nothing to do. It was only until it has passed 10 minutes, that Hua Yue and Butler Chen came.

"Paying respects to my lord" they said

"We'll skip the formalities, there's something more important to discuss" 

"Understood."

Hua Yue and Butler Chen then sat next to Wang Qian, it was then that Wang Qian spoke.

"So, how many are there that are willing to lend a hand?" he asked

"For now, there's already 150 people that are willing to help, with most of them being skilled in close-combat."

"What about the mages?"

"Only a few, but all of them has high amount of mana and their mastery of spells are good too."

"That's good. What about the side of royal palace? Have you managed to estimate their numbers?"

"The army sent over here seems to have around 100 000. For now, I can't think of a way to defeat them with our numbers." she said in a heavy tone

"You don't need to worry about that, I've already found a way to deal with it. Can you tell me how many days are left before I have to go to war?"

"I estimate about 3 days. But my lord, can we really defeat them?"

"Rest assured, Hua Yue. I can deal with this"

Three days passed quickly. Within the days, everyone in the cult was getting ready for the upcoming war. All 500 of the cult's members in this city was willing to lend a hand after hearing that the royal palace is going to come and kill their lord. Currently, all 500 believers, Wang Qian, Bai Lian and Hua Yue with Butler Chen are outside of the city. They are all wearing masks and cloaks to prevent the royal palace from hunting them down after the battle.

As the royal palace's army started to enter his view, Wang Qian turned around and shouted.

"My dear believers, I'm glad to know that you all are willing to lend me a hand, and I'm sure we will win this battle, but not without a strategy. People who are skilled in close combat will fight later. For now, I want all mages to cast your biggest spell and sent it towards them. Can you guys do it?"

"Please be at ease, my lord. We will definitely complete the task you have given us."

"Good, prepare your spells now and release it after I give the order."

"Understood"

Wang Qian then turned his head back to the enemy, as he swore in his mind

'I'll definitely make you regret for burning the village down. That's why I must win this battle.'
