Chapter 19 - Affairs

As he was about to underhandedly strike me while pressing me against the concrete floor, I immediately hugged my knees, Hurled my legs, and kicked him aside as he was on top of me. Quickly getting back on my feet, I sprinted over him to deal the final blow with a haymaker to his left jaw. Tooth and blood splurted from his mouth, Knocking him out cold.

"Anyone else?" This fight is starting to get pointless...

Though, as seemingly dire as this situation is, Hana's boyfriend will be useful at this moment since I am outnumbered, albeit I could handle them, it would, unfortunately, require me to kill them which could cause a scene immediately.

One of them shouted; "Everyone! Get him He's all alone by himself!"

As they were racing toward me, I quickly took Hana's boyfriend, Hostage.

"You- Dirty Bastard!"

"Says you, you lot were attacking me all at once."

"YOU WERE HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND!"

"Not entirely true, But you have a point."

"Even if that wasn't the case that you weren't completely having an affair with his girlfriend, the fact still remains that you're involved!"

"That doesn't even make any sense..."

"Just shut up and die!"

As he was about to strike me with an overhand strike with a metal bat. A faint blare of police sirens could be heard from afar, followed by flashing red and blue lights.

"tsk, It's the cops! Let's get out of here!"

"What about Hana's boyfriend?" Exclaimed one of his lackeys

"I don't need him, here you can have him back." I threw them his unconscious body. "And tell him, his girlfriend will be in my care now."

"You- You're not going to get away with this easily!"

"Mhm, Yeah, sure, good luck with that." So boring...

They fled before the police almost captured them. The police asked us a few questions regarding the incident but fortunately, no one else was harmed and I returned to the hotel room with Hana to discuss things further.

"I heard what you said down there earlier, Is that true."

I let out a long sigh. "Yeah, because I would feel guilty if I didn't."

"Hehh?? Playing the hero now huh?"

"Trust me, I'm no hero." why did I say that cheesy ass line?

"Quite the two-faced, aren't you?"

"I get that a lot."

"But even so you're still the same."

"What do you mean- GAH!" Out of nowhere, she poked my sides as they were tickle spots from when I was a kid.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA! Almost everyone has tickle spots on their sides."

"Why you bastard-"

"Hey, Shou-Kun."

"What is it? You better not try something funny to me again."

"You're kinda my type, wanna be my boyfriend?"

"Are you trying to use me, like what you did to him?"

"Partially, But I'm not lying on where I said you're my type. Don't tell me are you getting flustered?" She said with a smug look on her face.

"Shut up." I can't deny that I'm not flustered but still, I shouldn't.

"Well, It's fine if you don't accept right now Because I'm going to make you fall for me."

For some apparent reason, I have a bad feeling about this.

Friday arrived and nothing out of the ordinary has happened yet but...

now there's an upperclassman who keeps trying to talk to me every time both of us don't have any classes and flirts with me, publicly.

When kayo found out, she just gave me a thumbs up and said congratulations.

"Congratulations, You two."

"It's not like that kayo!"

"No, no It's fine I understand."

"... KAYO!!!"

Meanwhile at the Mishiki Headquarters...

"Ma'am, we have a client asking for a commission for us."

"Who is it from?"

"Some random Biker gang."

"How did they even get that much money to buy our services?"

A muffled sound of disturbance was happening on the other side of Yumiko's office.

"What's all this racket?" Toda checked to see what was happening, only to find their client was Hana's ex-boyfriend.

"LET ME TALK TO HER PERSONALLY!"

"A LOW LIFE LIKE YOU ISN'T ALLOWED TO HAVE AN AUDIENCE WITH THE MISHIKI-OYABUN" Yelled one of the guards.

"Toda, ask him what he wants, I don't wanna deal with him."

"Yes, Ma'am."

"I'LL GIVE IT TO YOU STRAIGHT! I WANT TO KILL THIS BASTARD." Hana's ex-boyfriend threw a badly captured image of Shou.

"Him?"

"Yeah, I want you to beat this kid for me, kill him if you want to, I'll never forgive him!"

"Understood, I'll take it to the boss right now, so please wait outside."

Toda went back into Yumiko's office and closed the door behind him.

"Well, ma'am it seems like the biker gang has a grudge against our newcomer, Shou."

Yumiko scoffs at such amusement thinking about what kind of trouble Shou has committed this time.

"HAHAHAHAHA, well, you already know the answer to this, don't you toda? We can't just kill our precious member especially when he's this amusing to watch."

"Should I kick him out?"

"No, Kill him."

"Yes ma'am."

"... Shou, I think I'm going to have to spend a little bit of my personal time with you someday. Quite an interesting individual."

"Sorry but the boss declined your commission." toda replied.

"Wha-, Why?! Is that guy paying you or something? Is his family rich or something? Huh?!"

"Well I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you this but he's one of our members."

"What?"

"You heard me, I said He's a member of the Mishiki Clan, He works for us."

"That's a lie... How could a girlish-looking boy be a part of a yakuza gang?!"

"We, the Mishiki clan do not discriminate based on appearance, we determine an individual through their potential, the benefits they give us, their actions, and their personality."

"To think that fucker would be part of the yakuza. I'll just tell everyone in school that he's part of the yakuza to pay him back all the embarrassment he gave me!"

"I regret to inform you sir but you will not be able to get out of here alive."

"Huh?" Out of nowhere, his ears heard a sharp thunder-like crack followed by ringing sounds in his ears and spewing out blood from his abdomen and mouth.

"Sorry, but your free trial of living is over."

"B-bastards-" his body dropped to the cold wooden floor.

"Please clean up his body," Toda replied.

"Yes sir!"

Ah now that I realized, the other gangs have been quiet lately except the Kakaido clan... Maybe I should try sightseeing their territories with that newcomer, Yumiko thought to herself.
