'So let's talk about darkness?'

Brian read that name and felt a shiver run down his spine, he looked down at his arm and noticed that the moon tattoo was still there and read the letter again:

'No need for me to explain to you who this bastard is, eh? But remember my old friend, this bastard will cause the end of everything and everyone, including hell, earth and paradise.

After darkness killed the creator, Lucifer broke all his seals and faced darkness in a battle that became known as an eclipse. This battle took place on earth and eventually caused the death of over 6 billion human beings, but unfortunately, Lucifer was eventually defeated and darkness began the end of everything.

In the last attempt to save the world, all races came together to defeat him, demons, angels, gods, humans, monsters, and some others I didn't even know existed like orcs, dwarves, and elves. But all efforts were useless in the face of such a being.

The final vision I had, was of you alone facing the darkness, but to be honest, you were taking a bad beating and after taking a good beating, you ended up dying and the last thing I saw of the future, was the darkness laughing as it looked at your body.

I know it's sad to know that the future is bleak, but you still have a chance to save everyone, and the key to doing that, is in you and your friend named Thomas, he's alive Brian, your friend is alive, find him and do whatever it takes to save everyone.

Brian finished reading the letter and was paralyzed, his brain was not coping with absorbing all this information.

He activated his quick thinking ability and managed to think again and said:

"He's alive..."

Amanda noticed that Brian was shocked and asked worriedly:

"Who's alive?"

"Thomas... Thomas is alive."

Amanda was shocked by this news but thought it was impossible for Thomas to be alive, she still remembers Thomas' decapitated head in her mind, so she asked:

In a dark space, Charles opened his eyes and saw a girl with a moon tattoo on her forehead and completely black eyes.

The girl looked at him and said:

"You finally woke up, Charles?"

Charles was not understanding what was happening, but noticing those facial features of the girl, he asked:

"Darkness?"

"Oh? So you were able to recognize me? I'm quite impressed."

Charles glanced around and all he could see, was absolute black space and he turned his gaze back to the darkness and asked:

"Why are you here?"

"I've always been here."

"How are you alive? I thought I had become you."

Darkness began to walk over to Charles while and replied:

"I have always been alive, after all, you are me and I am you, we are connected to each other."

Darkness stopped half a meter away from Charles and said again:

"Do you know why you feel this hatred for everyone? It is because of me. Just like I feel the humanity that lives inside you, in me. It's a rather strange feeling, by the way, it makes me calm down."

"Why are we connected?!"

Darkness stared at charles for some time and replied:

"I told you, you are me and I am you."

Charles sighed and asked:

What are you doing here?"

"Hm... I wanted to meet you, although we've been together for millennia, we've never seen each other before."

Darkness held out his hand to Charles and said smiling:

The two shook hands and just as Charles was about to ask something else, darkness quickly threw him to the ground and turned into a girl at least 20 years old and rode on top of him and said while looking into charles eyes just inches away.

Charles calmly looked at the girl's appearance and noticed her snow white hair and ocean blue eyes with a beautiful face and Charles was surprised to see that girl and said:

"Like you?"

"That? Didn't I already say that we are one? Our memories are connected to each other."

Charles was not ready to deal with this now and tried to get up, but the darkness would not let him and started kissing him against his will.

After a long period of kissing, the darkness let go and Charles said breathlessly:

"Damn, what the fuck was that?"

"It's your fault, once we are connected to each other, I started to feel things that humans feel when they love other people, and it seems that the one I love, is you."

Darkness smiled mischievously at Charles and said again:

"But unfortunately, I have work to do, but when it's over, it will finally be just the two of us."

Charles' eyes widened in shock and before he could say anything, the darkness said smiling:

"commutatio!"

After the darkness said this, a white light began to pour out of his body, illuminating the entire dark space....
