Thomas beside Grace walked through the empty hallways, noticing this detail, and reflected:

'Good thing it's 3 in the morning.'

He looked at Grace and asked:

"How do your powers work?

Thomas stopped walking and stared at Grace, waiting for some answer, and thankfully, she spoke:

"When you are a spirit, you gain a new energy called 'Spirit Energy', an energy that can affect reality and time, but only if it is in your domain"

"Dominion?"

"Sigh, I used that room and modeled my domain within it and put characteristics within it, one of them was 'Deny all mana, within the domain'."

"But what is a dominion?"

Grace looked at Thomas as if he were an endangered animal, this continued for a few seconds before she began to answer:

"Domains can only be formed if the user has an absolute ability to control some element or some energy, the domain is the strongest technique someone can obtain. Using the domain, the user can calculate their size depending on their amount of mana and add features that give an advantage to the fight."

"So, if someone has fire element, could they add the same characteristics as their domain?"

"No, features can only be applied if the element or energy, affects that property. If the user's element is fire, he can introduce, for example, a temperature characteristic."

"Understood, but how did you teleport and change time?"

Thomas and Grace started walking again and she replied:

"My innate ability is 'Teleport', I can teleport any living being and object over which I have the most authority, and when I teleported it into my domain, I changed the time, doing so at 3am."

"But why 3 a.m.?

"at that moment, it is a moment of low vibrations and, therefore, it is normal for people to feel tired, have nightmares and even fear, and I wanted them to feel fear and terror before they die".

"Cof-cof, let's go to room '666' and get you some new clothes soon."

Thomas decided to change the subject, they got into an elevator that would take them to the 4th floor, when they were waiting for the elevator to go up, grace asked Thomas:

"Why do you have an angel protecting you?"

Thomas was surprised by the sudden question, but would answer:

"Every time I die, a guy named Charles takes over my body, and he's very dangerous, so the angels are trying to keep him from waking up again..."

"So that means that even if I had completely sucked out your life energy, you would still be alive..."

Thomas was angry and ashamed at the same time and spoke up:

"Why were you sucking out my life energy, even though you knew I would die?!"

The elevator reached the fourth floor and the door opened, Grace looked at Thomas and said:

"I couldn't stop sucking your life energy, it was too good."

"Damn, but did you have to kiss me?"

"You liked it, so stop complaining."

Grace spoke as she exited the elevator and walked to room '666', Thomas was a little annoyed with her but decided to suppress that feeling and started to follow her, but as he walked he remembered Brian and the others.

Thomas took his cell phone and sent Brian a simple message, but was amazed when he noticed the time and spoke to Grace:

"Why is it 6 o'clock in the morning?!"

Grace stopped walking and spoke to Thomas:

"We were together for a while, was it that fast for you?"

Shocked that he had been missing for so long, he quickly texted Brian.

Thomas would turn off his cell phone after sending these messages and stop in front of door '666' and unlock the door using his fingerprint and enter with grace.

As they entered, Thomas closed the door and said to her:

"Get changed quickly, the school is already running and in a little while, several students will come out of their dorms and you can't attract attention."

Grace stared at Thomas for a while and spoke:

"I'm not going to dress up like those sluts."

"Sigh, can you put on your academy uniform at least?"

Grace walked to Amelia's wardrobe and opened it, she saw a blue jacket and pants, with a symbol of a sword and a shield together. She noticed that there were other pieces and looked in Thomas' direction and said:

"Get out."

"It was obvious I was going to leave okay?"

Thomas left the room and waited in front of the door, he felt his cell phone vibrating and turned it on and looked that a message came in from Brian.

Thomas hung up his cell phone and looked down the empty hallway and yawned, he then reflected:

'I like this peace...'

But suddenly Thomas felt a presence in the hallway and noticed that there was a man looking at him, his appearance was that of a man in his fifties, his hair was black, his eyes are blue, his beard was large and well done, and he had an intimidating face.

Thomas stared at the man in battle stance and asked:

"Who are you?!"

The man spoke as he walked up to Thomas:

"I am the son of Adam and Eve."

Sounds of footsteps could be heard as the man walked.

"Brother of Abel, the representative of the sin of envy."

The man moved closer and closer to Thomas and when he stopped in front of him, he finished saying:

"I am Cain, and my goal is to release darkness."

Thomas tried to move but couldn't, he watched the man smiling at him and was amazed and mentally spoke:

'He is a thousand times stronger than Akuma!"

Cain suddenly began to reach out his hand and just as he was about to place it on Thomas' belly, Haniel suddenly appeared and prevented Cain from making contact with Thomas, and he spoke:

"What are you doing here, Cain?!"

Cain looked at his wrist being held and looked at the angel and spoke:

"It's been a long time Haniel, won't you ask me if I've been okay?"

Haniel looked grudgingly at Cain and spoke:

"I don't want to know anything from you except, answers."

Cain released himself from Haniel's grip and stood a few steps away and spoke:

"You know, you angels are so hypocritical, always trying to show that you are the right ones pffff, it's funny to see that."

Cain would stop face to face with Haniel and speak:

"When lucifer rebelled, you all knew he was right, you knew that everything he said about humans, were true, but you didn't have the same courage as him to say it."

Haniel moved closer to Cain and spoke in an intimidating tone:

"We are soldiers, our role is to follow orders, nothing more."

"Stop Haniel, I am the sin of envy, you cannot lie to me, I know you die of envy of humans, because they have something you angels will never experience, freedom."

"Envy or not, I have enough determination to go ahead and carry out the orders given to me without complaining."

Cain turned away from Haniel and spoke while laughing:

"Hahaha, yes, that's why creator chose you to protect the boy, but he made a terrible mistake in choosing you."

"Which?"

Cain looked at Haniel and spoke smiling:

"Choose an angel who cannot defeat me."

Haniel quickly materialized a sword embedded in pure energy and drew his angelic wings, as sharp as a blade, and got into a fighting stance.

Cain smiled and materialized a black sword in his hand and pointed it at Haniel and said:

"Do you want to play?"
