Min-ji's pov:

Here I was again lying in the same bed with the guy that I promised myself to never see again. I promise myself but He comes back and I give in to his charms. I didn't want to fall for him because of his reputation but here I am spending the night in his luxury apartment constantly. No denying that I like him but, with his status, it's hard for me to be with him.

"Why are you awake so early?" He whispered as he kissed my neck. I enjoy every second I spend with him, but I mostly enjoy laying in bed with him like this. "Stop kissing me there, you're going to leave a mark." I softly groaned. "Go back to sleep." He said kissing my neck and pulling me closer into a tight embrace. "Nhg!" I moaned as he continued kissing every inch of my neck and leaving marks everywhere.

"Do you think Chris will like this Uncle Jae?" BaekHyeon asked JaeHwa as he showed him a matching hat and shirt. JaeHwa shrugged shaking his head. "I don't know what Chris likes, you're his friend don't you suppose to know?" He asked, "Yes but I don't know if he's going to like what I like" he replied, "Doesn't he like what you usually like?" He asked, "Yes" "Okay then, there's no need to complicate. Hurry it up too 'cause I have somewhere to go." He said, "Aren't you taking me to take a smoothie?" Hyeon asked, "I'll take you wherever, I just have to drop you off at 5." He told him, "Okay!" Hyeon smiled as he ran off into the clothes aisle.

Chris sat behind the kitchen counter on his phone while Jihoon roamed the fridge looking for a drink. Jihoon looked over at Chris and smiled, "who are you texting?" He asked walking over to him. Chris looked up at him and smiled, "a friend," "boyfriend, girlfriend?" Jihoon added on, and Chris shook his head. Jihoon chuckled, "When was the last time you dated someone?" He asked, "I've actually never dated anyone," "If I didn't know you I would be surprised but I'm not," "Why?" "We'll maybe it's because you are stuck to my twin brother 24/7. It's like you are a loyal puppy." He stated, "It's always BaekHyeon this BaekHyeon that, everything that comes out of your mouth involves BaekHyeon." He explained.

"You think?" Chris asked, "I don't think Chris I know. It's like you don't know any other person than Hyeon, your whole life revolves around him." "He basically owns you"

Chris sighed, realizing Jihoon's words held more truth than he cared to admit. He closed his phone and put it aside, looking thoughtfully at Jihoon.

"You're not wrong but…" There was a very silent pause then Chris decided to speak again, "I just chose not to hurt BaekHyeon in any way." "What does that supposed to mean?" Jihoon asked, "I just don't want to hurt him by being in a relationship." He stated. Jihoon shook his head, "BaekHyeon is always getting into relationships a lot doesn't he hurt you?" Chris nodded.

"Then why do you care if you hurt him if he hurts you countless times, isn't no your feelings first." Jihoon said, "Well it doesn't matter if I'm hurt or not, it's all about BaekHyeon. As long as he happy I'm happy!" He smiled. "Must be hard for you man, it'll take a long time for him to realize that everything that he needs is behind him and not in front of him." He stated.

Later on that same afternoon

JaeHwa dropped BaekHyeon off and left right after. When BaekHyeon walked into the house he found Jihoon and Chris still in the kitchen talking. "What are you guys talking about?" He asked as he walked in, the boys both turned to look at him and smiled. "Just things." Jihoon replied, "Oh okay." Baekhyeon said taking a seat next to Chris.

"So what did you get while shopping with Uncle Jae?" Jihoon asked, "I got so many things!" He rejoiced placing the bags on the kitchen counter and showing them. "I got this cute shirt hat matching set for me and Chris, got these cute bracelets for us, I also got these cute water bottles for three of us!" He showed them all of the thing, "and for the rest we just go food. "That's cool," Jihoon said smiling. "Omg guess what?" BaekHyeon exclaimed, "what?" Chris and Jihoon said in unison. "So this cute fine ass guy came up to me at the mall and asked me for my number!" He told them, "Did you give it to him?" Chris asked, "Of course I did, I couldn't miss a chance," Hyeon shrugged his shoulders.

"Didn't you just break you with your ex a while ago?" Jihoon pointed out. "It doesn't matter, he was a shithead anyways," Hyeon said. Jihoon looked over at Chris who had a forced smile on his face.

Chris listened to BaekHyeon talk about the encounter with the guy at the mall, trying to maintain a composed demeanor. Deep down, he was struggling with a mix of emotions. He felt a pang of jealousy and insecurity, but he also knew that he couldn't hold BaekHyeon back from pursuing new relationships.

As the evening went on, they all decided to order takeout for dinner. BaekHyeon was animatedly sharing his day while Chris and Jihoon listened and occasionally chimed in. They laughed and had a good time together, but Chris couldn't shake the feeling of being left behind. He had always been the quiet, supportive friend, watching BaekHyeon explore new relationships while keeping his own feelings hidden.

After finishing eating Jihoon pulled Chris aside and talked to him.

"Chris, you need to talk to BaekHyeon about your feelings," Jihoon advised. "He's moving on, and it's only fair that you're honest with him." Chris smiled and shook his head. "I don't want to ruin it for him, I just hope this guy is not like the others." He said, "Are you serious right now Chris!" He quietly exclaimed, "This is a chance to spill everything out and you decide not to?!" "I don't want to ruin things between him and me so as long as his happy I'm okay with it." He said shrugging his shoulder.

Jihoon couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had watched his friend, Chris, silently bear the weight of his feelings for BaekHyeon for far too long. He cared deeply for Chris and didn't want to see him continue to suffer in silence.

"Chris, you can't keep sacrificing your own happiness for BaekHyeon's. It's not healthy for you, and it's not fair to either of you," Jihoon said firmly. "You deserve happiness just as much as he does. You can't keep putting him on a pedestal."Jihoon couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had watched his friend, Chris, silently bear the weight of his feelings for BaekHyeon for far too long. He cared deeply for Chris and didn't want to see him continue to suffer in silence.

"It's okay Jihoon." He said patting his shoulder and going back to the living room to meet BaekHyeon.
