Several weeks later, the Black Star Organization finally came out of lockdown and their next activities created ripples across the underground world in Chongqing. They went about on a ruthless rampage of vengeance, their assasins and mercenaries were unstoppable and lethal and soon the name of the Black Star Organization put fear in the hearts of the Mafia Lords. Even the Black Fire Queens which belonged to Cao Xiurong were shocked at the unprecedented increase in power that they had gained. 

Soon, the whole underground in China had heard of them and they even said that the new Leader had already surpassed his predecessors with his merciless and crazy streak. In order to celebrate his arrival, he invited all of the elites in the underground world to his masked party and everyone who was somebody were excited to attend this gathering.
