As for the second Herrscher, she is a poor victim of the world who sought revenge on humanity when she became a Herrscher. After a difficult war against the forces of Schicksal and Anti-Entropy, she ended up being defeated and killed.

This is the stigma of Herrscher of Binding. This Herrscher can manipulate and weaken any type of energy, including Honkai energy. This Herrscher is also known as Anti-Herrscher as it can leave all other Herrscher in an impotent state without his powers.

In the ancient era, the Herrscher of Binding was primarily responsible for the destruction of 70 % of human civilization at that time, after all, not only did technology become inoperative during combat, but this Herrscher can also weaken the vital functions of people's bodies until they gradually die. Humanity had to pay a very high price to defeat this Herrscher.
