second shikigami ch 15

After 4 months of training both my body and cursed energy I was able to get much stronger than I used to be, I've now become more faster by enhancing my Intire body and thanks to my cursed energy manipulation, I've now able to gain more experience as I can now create curse spirit at will as I only need cursed energy to make one and also because of my daily routine of training everyday, my cursed energy reserve have grow exponentially for the past months, and I'm now capable of creating a special grades curse spirit

"Damn, this past months have been exhausted all I've been doing is just training, hmmm should I continue my shikigami conquest"

"Hey ichiro"

As I was thinking about my next plan I heard Kyle calling me from down stairs

"Yeah, need something Kyle"

"Can you come down here for a second"

"Sure"

As I was going downstairs I saw Kyle wearing a grey suit

"Going somewhere Kyle"

"Yeah and I need you to look at the house I'll be back in a week, I've left you some money in the living room, I've also put some food in the fridge so that you don't have to buy some food and you can cook it yourself"

"I see, by the way Kyle why do I need the money if there's already have foods in the fridge"

"Well I thought you might get interested and go out to see the town so I'm giving you some money to venture around, I don't want you to stay at the house all day, I want you to enteract and meet some people too"

"I see ok but where are you going anyway"

"Some important business"

"Oh, okay have a safe trip Kyle"

Although I'm a bit curious as to where he is going, but that is the least of my concern as I saw this as an opportunity to start my shikigami conquest

"Ok, I'll be going now since the car is here bye ichiro see you in a week"

After Kyle left I quickly grabbed my solid strike cleaver and went outside to go to the same place where I fought Baku

"Alright it's the middle of the day and it's really hot, I'd like to sommun some easier shikigami so that I can go back home and cool off, now then here goes nothing "

As I prepared my self to sommun my second shikigami

"In the twilight's gleam and dawn's first light,

Where mountains rise and stars ignite,

Griffin of valor, with majestic grace,

Answer my call come forth!"

As I finish my chant my shadow then enlarge and inside it came out a two pair of giant wings and in an instant I found my self looking at the sky

"Hmm?, what happened why I'm I looking at the sky?, I was just looking at the griffin earlier"

As I move my body, I found that only my lower body is not responding, and I can a feel a slight pain in my waist, as I try to stood up I saw the griffin looking at me menacingly and not only that I also saw half of my body is gone

'hmm, it's so fast I couldn't react to it, how interesting, but first I need to heal my body'

As I focus my cursed energy into my lower half it begins to regrow

"Man, having this ability is sure convenient, now then"

As I tried to stand up I immediately fall down once again and when I looked to where the griffin is I saw that it has disappear and that very same griffin is behind me and not only that I saw my left leg laying on the ground beside it

'when did it happen, damn I couldn't see it this one is fast, I can't afford to test it, I need to get serious or it will be my head who will detached from my shoulder'

As i enhanced my Intire body, I am now able to see the griffin headed to my way aiming at my head, in which I replied with a sword on its chest, but because of its speed it was able to dodge it and create a space between us

"damn it, the griffin is so far away and even if I try to run to it at full speed I doubt I could hit, hmm what should I do, every card I have is useless to it as everything I throw at it will be meaningless since it's capable of dodging my attacks"

As I was thinking about how to deal with this, and Idea Pops up

'how about I'll let it attack me and in that moment I'll counter it since I can just heal my wound anyway, alright it's decided then and if it doesn't work I'll have to use that'

After that I then run at the griffin at full speed aiming my blade to it's head, and in which the griffin just easily blocked, but my attack didn't stop there I showered it with attack's to the point that I was able to hurt it

'ohh it doesn't matter if it's fast if I attack it's blind spot I can hit it hahaha, now I know what I have to do, alright then let do this,

After discovering it's weakness I then continue to attack with each strike intending to finish it

'it's time to execute my plan'

I then intentionally messed it up by slowing one of my attack to give the griffin some openings and in that moment the griffin did something that I never would've thought, it back away

'what?, damn that griffin it knows that it was a trap so it back away, sigh I guess there goes my plan in the drain, I'm only left with two, first exploit it's weakness or use that'

Sigh there goes nothing,
