free time ch 17

After taming griffin I quickly head home, as I enter the house I then went to my room and took a shower after that I then headed downstairs to lay on the sofa

" today is a very successful one I now have two shikigami, hehehe thinking about how I was able to beat them, makes me very happy knowing how hard I train for years just to achieve this, I've done a really good job, I should reward my self by going to town and by some foods and enjoy my self, after all I've been doing for the past years is just training since I don't have the time to indulge my self on other things, although I visit the town from time to time, but the day I started my shikigami conquest, my visit to the town become less and less, alright time to enjoy it"

As I made up my mind I then hurriedly went to my room to change, after that I then went outside and explore the town

"Wow, this place buzzing with people"

As I walked through the town amazed by the sheer amount of people and also tourist, I then saw countless vendors selling some delicious foods, as I was walking in the street one of the vendor saw me and as soon as the vendor saw me It then calls out to me

"Hey there young man you're new here?.. why don't you try our food it's quite good"

As the vendors offer me some food another vendor quickly chimed in saying about his foods as well

"Don't listen to that old man kid, try mine instead"

"Hey, what do you think you're doing to my customer"

"What I'm a doing?.. of course I'm getting my self a new customer, by having him taste my food, Instead of that garbage you where calling food,

"You dare call my food garbage, I have you know that my foods is way better than yours"

"I doubt about that old man"

"What did you say!!"

As they were arguing about whose food is more delicious, crouds of people started to gather surrounding me and the two, and due to the sheer embarrassment I couldn't help my self but to blitz in that place

"Whew, that was so embarrassing, if I spend more than a minute there I would've died from embrassment "

"Hey give me back my purse"

As I was walking in the street I saw two man with a motorcycle, and I saw them stole the old lady's purse

"Wow, to think that they would steal in the middle of the day, there rather bold, oh well"

As i finished my sentence I then run at them and successfully grabbed the person who was holding the purse, as the scene unfolds the person who is driving didn't think twice to leave his partner

"Oh my, looks like you were abando-"

As I was about to finish my sentence I saw the person who was holding a purse grabbed a knife in his pocket and tried to stab me with it

"Hey be careful there, you might cut yourself"

"You damn brat I'll make sure you regret this"

'sigh I came here to relax and not to fight, I guess this was a mistake, even though it's only been an hour since my fight with griffin and I'm a bit mentally exhausted and I'm not really in the mood of fighting right now as I just want to relax, sigh this is the worst'

As I was thinking about today's incident, I can't help but frown, in which the man who stole the purse took it as if I'm scared

"What's the matter brat scared?"

'hmm? That this guy thinks I'm scared, well since I don't want to waste my time, I'll just end this now and get this over with'

"Scared?...more like you don't have the qualifications to bring out my fear in the first place, so why should I be scared of you anyway"

"Hahahah, masking you're fear with an act I can see right through you, it's too late now brat, I'll make sure you're parents won't be able to recognize your pretty face"

"I see, then can you end this now, I don't want to spend my precious time with you"

"You damn brat"

As he finished his sentence he then tried to slice me by aiming at my neck in which I just casually dodge, and then grabbed his arm and slamming him on the floor while disarming him at the same time

"See, you should have give me the purse and I would have let you go, you wasted such precious opportunity"

As I pinned down the man the old lady then went to us and immediately took the purse on the man's hand and then she grabbed her phone inside the purse and then called the police, after a minute or so the cops then came and arrest the man, after that the old lady then thanked me for helping her

After the problem have been solve I then continue my time wandering around the town, but due to what happened just now I lose interest and I went home early, and lay my face on the sofa

"Man today is mentally exhausting, I came to the town to relax and not to get stressed but here I am sigh, I guess I'll just relax at home tomorrow and just forget what happened today"
