I get stronger by winning Loyalty and Love?(DROPPED)

Ra’al, or Al for short, is your typical young man in his late twenties, coder by career and hacker by hobby. His favourite activities include drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning, smoking a stick when at work, ending the day with a good glass of wine, and visiting a *cough* gentleman’s club *cough* once or twice a month. Oh, and helping those in the richer section of society give some of their wealth for charity not so willingly. But his less than legal hobbies caught up to him one day, and when one moment, he found himself facing the barrel of a shotgun held by someone rich guy whom he ‘helped’ share his wealth to the poor and needy, the next… “Grandpa?” “Orphan?” “System?” “Wait, I’m a baby?”

[Chapter:22][The First Soul Ring(2)]

"???"

Out of all the reactions he had expected from him, Al was rendered dumbfounded at something so unexpected happening.

"Little San, I just told you, only a GodKing would be able to save her. You don't think your big brother is a GodKing, so you?"

'If I were a GodKing, would I even still be here?'

"I know you're not a GodKing Brother Al, but I also know Brother Al wouldn't tell me all this only to make me worry. Since you aid it now, and not before, it means you have a way right? To save my mother."

Tang San's voice quivered every time he uttered the word 'mother'. It was a foreign concept to him, yet considering his childhood, it was something he genuinely desired. Tang Hao might be a genius Spirit Master, but he was a crappy husband, and an even crappier father.

But Tang San didn't think of his father at the moment. All he thought of was that his life, the sole reason he even existed, the reason he was given a second chance to accomplish everything he wants to and not leave behind a life full of regrets, was that woman's sacrifice.

And to him, it was all he needed to know to love her, to feel grateful for her.

"I indeed have a way to save her."

Tang San's eyes brightened as his bow deepened.

"But!", Al continued his words, "Do you know what this way is? It's to attach her as a Soul Ring to my Spirit."

Tang San's eyes widened as he looked up at Al in disbelief.

"I know, I know how it sounds, but it's the only way I have. I have a technique that can allow a Soul Beast to continue to exist even after I kill them and add their Soul Ring to my Spirit. In fact, the technique can even make them grow stronger than they were before, increasing the age of the Soul Ring. But this also means that, unlike Tang Hao who was able to sacrifice his Soul Bone to partially revive Ah Yin, in my case, she would be permanently bound to me, or rather, to my soul."

Al looked at Tang San directly in the eyes as he continued.

"She will be able to regain her consciousness, and no longer remain in a state where she exists, yet isn't even aware of herself. But she would not be able to disobey my will, because she would become a part of my soul. Inseparable, not even by a GodKing. In simple words, you could say she would become my pseudo Spirit, pseudo because I can't add any Soul Rings to her, but similar to a Spirit because no one would be able to separate her from me, not even I myself."

'Well, maybe far off in the future, when Ella manages to get absolute authority over the System, she would be able to.'

((But he doesn't need to know that.))

Both Al, and Ella through Al's eyes, looked at Tang San, wondering what decision he would make. If he chooses to refuse, Al had already decided to give up on that plan.

"Brother Al!"

But of course, since the plot demands, reality would not disappoint.

"Little San! What are you doing!? Quickly get up!"

Al looked at the kneeling Tang San, shocked, before he reacted and made him stand up. Of course, Tang San resisted, but his strength, while far stronger than most Spirit Masters, couldn't compare to Al.

"Brother Al, please save her."

"Are you sure?", Al looked at him deeply, hiding his own excitement and joy, "Think again, little San. Once you nod your head, it'll be too late to regret it."

Tang San nodded his head without hesitation, making Al smile.

"In that case, fine. But we need to do something about your dad first. I don't think he'll take it well if he sees me technically kill his wife."

"Don't worry about him.", Tang San patted his chest, "Even though I never expected father to be so strong, he's been living on alcohol for so long. He wouldn't notice anything if I put sleeping drugs into his drink. As long as his life isn't at risk, making his instincts act up, even a Titled Douluo wouldn't wake up for a whole month."

Tang San had no idea how strong Titled Douluos were, but he had confidence in his own medicines and poisons. Although the one he would be preparing was quite difficult to make, and troublesome to administer to the target, a whole day was more than enough for him.

"I'm that case, we'll start tomorrow, and the moment I get her, we'll be able to go to Nuoding City."

"Yes!"

"I'm here."

Al looked at the quiet little conclave, quite beautiful in his opinion, and smiled.

It was quite hard to find this place, but after spending a lot of time and effort, he somehow managed to.

((Don't dally here, make it quick. The faster you get out of here, the smaller the chance of messing up.))

Al took Ella's words to his heart as he quickly made his way towards the only Soul Beast, or perhaps Soul Plant, in the conclave, which was drenched with the aura and hostility of a Titled Douluo that would make even 100,000 year old Soul Beasts hesitant to approach.

It didn't pressure Al though, as he easily shook it off with the help of 'Mysterious Heaven Skill' and approached the wilting and nearly dying former Blue-Silver Grass Empress.

"How low you've fallen…", Al muttered as he let his fingers touch the grass gently, making it sway.

"Ella."

((It's already done.))

Right before his eyes, the Blue-Silver Grass dissipated into dust.

((Now leave quickly. You can integrate with the Soul Ring later, when you're in a safe place.))

Al nodded as he took off, making sure to clear any traces of him ever approaching the place. Luckily, with his great Spirit Power control and various other skills to confuse anyone that tries to track him, it wasn't that difficult.

In just a few minutes, he reached the village, where the Meng brothers, Gul Liu, Tang San, the Xia twins with their mother Xia Wuting, and old Jack were waiting for him. Of course, only Tang San knew what he had done.

Al gave Tang San a subtle nod, while telling him through telepathy not to worry, and Tang San smiled at him gratefully.
