Chapter 9: End of the first-year prep school

After celebrating my birthday, school days got back and we have until March when I successfully finished without hiccups and I passed the exams like my classmates. I scanned their levels and found that most of my classmates were averaging at most of Human Body and Mana Stage 9th to Mortal Grade Body and Mana Body Stage 1-2. The twin stars of my class are in their own leagues as they reached the Mortal Grade of Mana to stage 6 while they both have Mortal Grade Body in stage 4.

Well, since we're mostly learning mana-based skills, most of our cultivation pathways were already towards the mana-based cultivation.

Just like that, we continued practicing daily for our mana arrows and mana balls. Mostly were for mana manipulation exercises and other lessons.

Not only that, I found a hidden place just a few meters away from the school building. I found a small cave used it as my base inside the school grounds. In this place, during my breaks and lunches, I go here to continue cultivating. At least here, no other students would dare go inside, also, bullies won't find me here unless I'm so really unlucky.

And with that, I completed my 1st year in this school.

I got to rest for the next 3 months!

Well... I've been cultivating since I was 1 year old so... there's nothing to do!

Anyways, I'm back to being pampered by my parents and Sarah. For now, I should start focusing in strengthening my mana art and concealment technique. The latter was for my safety anyways and I'd like to not be found out soon by the monsters of this world. I need to hide as long as I can so that when they attack me or my parents, they'd be in for a big surprise! Hehehe~!

Sigh~ I felt like an evil person scheming towards others. But, that's the law of nature and humanity. Even if there are monsters in this world, literal monsters, for humanity to kill, humans will always be humans so better be safe and prepared. It's still the law of the jungle that applies here.

As for going outside this base? I'll think about that later when I got enough strength and think I'll be safe from any ambushes, either from monsters and humans.
