"Twenty-five percent of my yearly income must be paid as taxes..." Liam muttered, his expression dark as he stared at his phone's screen.
Even though his mood was sour, he shook it off and closed his phone before taking out a cardboard box from his inventory. After a short glance, he put it back into his inventory and walked out.
A few minutes later, he opened the door and walked inside with a packing tape in his hands. After closing the door behind him, he brought the box out and taped it before pushing it to the side.
With nothing much to do, he took out his phone and began to search for more books until he heard the doorbell ring. Seeing that the people were sent by Robert, he gave them the box and went back to the bed before lying down.
Staring at the wall, he sighed, "I actually liked her quite a bit... this is just so damn disappointing."
