13. Chenyong Wen calls

Kim Hyun Ran would love to see someone shocked, particularly someone more surprised than herself. This way, at least in Ye Chen's heart, he remains relatively calm.

"When you put something, my sister, reconsider it," Ye Chen smiled and pushed Jiangyou Wei. "Go in and see."

"Hey, you're a big man; don't you intend to carry a box?" Jiang Youwei felt a bit uncomfortable, dragging two suitcases.

"If you don't want to be a maid, I'm giving you a chance! Come on!" Kim Hyun Ran flattered and, with more enthusiasm than expected, held Ye Chen's hand to lead him inside.

"Lu Qi?" Just when despair was setting in, reinforcements arrived. Lu Qi also looked surprised.

Jiangyou Wei didn't even hear the words. "Ye Chen, is this really yours?"

"Haha, of course," Kim Hyun Ran said with a hostess's attitude. "Deer Qi, this is yours too!"

"Uh-huh!" Lu Qi nodded.

"Wow, even here, there's an elevator; look!" Jiang Youwei exclaimed as if she had discovered a new world.

"That's, of course, if expensive villas don't have elevators, what's the point?" Kim Hyun Ran said with contempt.

After entering the house and seeing the tall 9-meter living room, Kim Hyun Ran let out an unpromising "wow."

"How much do you think this villa's decoration cost?" asked one of the three women who had now settled down for a chat.

"With such luxury, at least 1 million, right?" suggested another.

"A hundred million is too little! To me, at least four or five hundred million!" exclaimed a third.

"Oh, it's expensive."

"Ye Chen must be a second-generation rich guy, no, maybe even higher; this money is nothing to him."

"I wonder what Ye Chen's family does."

"It must be a multinational; maybe he's part of a hidden world of giants. I haven't heard of the Ye family."

"I suspect Ye Chen is the illegitimate son of a wealthy family, and they've compensated him handsomely. What do you think?"

After listening, Ye Chen shook his head, amused by the women's speculations.

It seems like there will be more lively discussions in the future. Just as Ye Chen was ready to visit the basement, the phone rang with a strange number.

"Hey, Mr. Yip here?" Ye Chen guessed who it was.

"I am Chen Yongwen," came the reply.

"Yes, I am," Ye Chen confirmed.

Chen Yongwen seemed a bit short of breath. "I've come to thank you, Mr. Yip. What can I call on you to do next?"

"We can discuss it," Ye Chen's response remained simple and powerful. Adding a touch of majesty and mystery, he continued, "Tomorrow afternoon, Ryongyon Court No. 1 villa."

"Good!" Chen Yongwen agreed.

After hanging up, Chen Yongwen looked tense but excited. "Mr. Yip agreed!"

"Very good!"

As one of the giants of the sea, they understood Ye Chen's means and knew the importance of building a relationship with him.

Chen Yongwen regained his composure. "Tomorrow, I'll arrange a meeting. Not everyone may be pleased, but Mr. Yip is worth it."

"There it is, Mr. Yip lives in Ryongyon Court No. 1 villa!"

Chen Yongwen continued, "In a few days, I'll move to Ryongyon Court to live."
