Before he left the continent, Arthur spent his time visiting many places that he conquered. Making sure that the Argoth will thrive by itself when he's away.
He masquerades himself under a hooded cloak because he doesn't want to disturb the livelihood of his destinations.
The first place was the Holy Citadel, the very heart of the Argoth Continent, which served as the Capital of the Lindwyrm Empire.
So much had changed since the Holy Citadel reigned by Arthur. The poor no longer starved, the weak no longer enslaved and were given equal rights to determine their own life.
Arthur had settled the rule of governancy to make sure the previous tyrannical order won't be recurred in the near future.
Now, the five empires had become the Vassal Nations under the Lindwyrm Empire. The smaller kingdoms which scattered throughout the continent had become Imperial Provinces.
