However Shamim Mwikhaki didn't follow what Jaffery Lutta had told her, instead, she also decided to help him retaliate against the beasts.

"Huh!" Recho Wairimu was the only person who was left behin. She glanced at the exit and then at the beasts before she made her decision. It was better to fight the beasts now than to escape as the beasts would always find their way to where she had escaped to.

The beasts was not one or two, they were like ten beats which were coming through the staircase. Jaffery Lutta knew that they were not just these ten beasts as more were still coming their way.

The beast in front of Jaffery Lutta snarled dauntingly.

Jaffery Lutta could feel the heat and pressure encompassing the beast and he could not help but swallow hard. Even his hands started to tremble a little as he thought of backing off but he bit his tongue and moved forward. To grow stronger, he must take risks.

The beast jumped towards him with its teeth showing. The beats was totally exited because it would not go hunting these people down as they themselves had presented themselves to it.

"Die you motherfucker!" With his cleaver drawn, Jaffery Lutta targeted the beast's soft spot which was the area below it's jaws. At this point, he had allowed the beast to fall on him because he wanted to get the targeted area precisely. By doing this, he was bringing himself directly towards the maws of the beast and if he was not keen, he would be killed instantly, but he didn't have a choice but to take this risk.

"I don't have a choice but to take this stupid opportunity." Jaffery Lutta said to himself. He was very watchful the entire time and he didn't allow anything to escape from his eyes. 

Currently, Jaffery Lutta had even forgotten about Shamim Mwikhaki and the cries in the background became so distant in his ears.

"This is the time. Yes! It's about time" Jaffery Lutta said to himself in a low voice after he saw the beast had opened some leeway for him and he didn't waste any moment before he struck heavily at its lower jaws.

Kach! !

A sound of bones cracking was heard but Jaffery Lutta was not given a chance to celebrate as the beast that he had struck snarled even more dauntingly as if what Jaffery Lutta had done had really agitated it.

Even if its jaw was dangling, that didn't mean that the beast would defect from the fight, No. 

It was now time for the beast to attack after Jaffery Lutta delivered his first devastating blow. 

One should know that Jaffery Lutta had still not retracted his attacking hand after he hacked the jaw of the beast and the beast would not allow him a chance.

Instead of using its maws to attack its prey, the beast opt for its ultra sharp claws and the claws were swung towards the still struggling Jaffery Lutta at an amazing speed. 

"If this attack connects, I will be heavily injured. What can I do to get myself out of this problem?" Jaffery Lutta thought to himself and the next moment his brain thought about a solution so quickly before his eyes lit up and he moved to action.

Jaffery Lutta rolled over towards the hind limbs of the beast making the claw that was aimed at him to miss him by a few margin but Jaffery Lutta didn't have to celebrate too early because the beast had moved its hind limbs and stomped on him mercilessly, to make the matter worse, the claws of the beast had also gouged a few chunks of flesh from his thigh.

"This was not how it was supposed to unfold." Jaffery Lutta thought in misery.

"Aaaarrrrghhh!" Jaffery could not help but scream like a pig when he saw the several injuries on his thigh. However, he gritted his teeth and persevered through the pain before he acted.

"Right now, I am under this crazy beast. It's soft abdomen is facing me..." Jaffery didn't have to continue jabbering as he acted on his plan without thinking.

Shwaaa!

The cleaver was swung and it slashed open impeccably at the soft abdomen of the beast. All the warm intestines of the beast came spilling on his face but Jaffery didn't care about it as one could only see a smile of accomplishment on his face.

"Jaff help me!" Jaffery could hear Shamim Mwikhaki's cry for help.
