At the Boss Room

Because I can't handle these scums, I return to Ellena's side, reporting all of the things that I've heard.

As expected, it made Ellena furious. To think that she was getting into a dungeon with the kind of person he really hates. I can only pray for the well-being of those two.

"So what do you want to do?" I asked.

There are things that I am anticipating. Based on Ellena's current personality, it's either she goes in a rough way or a soft way.

What is the rough way? Well, beating up. Ellena obviously learned basic hand-to-hand combat and swordsmanship through the training. That may be possible... but there is still one.

The soft way... it is really her trademark. The sparking lightning... she really likes threatening people in that way. And since it will be touched with enraged emotion, I'm not sure which on those two.

'Nothing yet. Let's wait for them to attack so there's no turning back for them.'

"But I have a suggestion. What if you lure them to the boss room and let the monster attack them."

'I know that I have a stealth ability, but what will happen to Selena and Amber?'

"Don't worry, just hold them both so that they will get affected by the stealth ability too."

'Okay...'

It was really helpful or the most helpful depends on the use. Stealth ability is about being cautious and quiet. If she hold another person while activating it, there will be a huge chance that they would get affected too.

Still, there's a chance but it is not 100%.

Ellena approached Selena who was just getting done with her killing.

"Selena, save your stamina. I think the reason they are not helping us is to tire us out."

"What? If it's true, I will surely punish them. Okay, I got it. Will you say it to, Amber too?"

Seems like Selena understands the situation. It makes me forget that she has a strong attitude. Well, I guess Ellena affected her personality that she slowly became soft.

"Yeah." Ellena approached Amber as well, then told her the plan to save some stamina.

"So you are feeling it too? Okay, got it."

Amber... she is also a type of person that doesn't like to be carefree. Looks like she's been eyeing those people at the back.

They continued to venture into the dungeon while slaying the monsters appearing. All of them are just the same monsters that appeared earlier. 

Goblins' blood was scattered, as well as the kobolds'. Walking through the filth, they patiently killed the monsters to save stamina. Each of them was constantly checking the 8 at the back, then continued to kill.

What I do is just observe them too. I know that there are no other things that I can do. At least this one would help.

I hovered back to them to listen more to their words. As I anticipated, the curl-head was holding the 6 at the neck.

"Please, don't let us do this," Sara mumbled softly as she tried to hide her fear.

"What? Are you really that eager to be my sex slave? If you can't at least help me with this, I will gladly make you my sex slave!"

"Heek!" Sara was flustered at those words that couldn't help but make teary eyes. She was trembling and tried to move back in at the last of the line.

While observing this curl-head, I can really tell that his head is something that I can't explain. Well, it's because he's clearly thinking about some evil things he'll do to Ellena. His brain is somewhat damaged.

However, even if I can't endure this feeling, I don't have any other choice. I can just curse this bastard. BURN IN HELL! WE DON'T NEED A SEX MANIAC!

"Sir, Polir. If this is discovered by the dungeon, what would happen to us?" Now, Oliver speaks up. Seems he's one of the righteous.

"Idiot! Who would care for a poor girl? Even in inspecting her garments, she's just a newcomer." Curl-head insisted.

"But-!" Oliver was halted when the curl-head finally snapped then pulled his collar.

"Do I need to make myself clear? Just do it!" Even with exclaiming, he's making an effort to lower his voice.

Wow... this is something. I bet we can collect some coins from this bastard.

This bastard will be the best candidate for a target. Just wait, bastard. You're underestimating them too much.

I left their position and went back to Ellena. Sighs... hope things will go well.

After some hours, estimates, an hour and a half. They finally reached the door of the boss room.

The door of the boss room is quite huge and has a heavy vibe being emitted by the thick and rough texture of it.

"Finally, we reached the boss room even without the help of these useless 8 people." Selena said with a smug face.

"Yeah! I bet we can beat the boss without any effort." Amber added the mockery.

Ellena, on the other hand, just sighed before opening the door.

My Ellena, when did you become a cool person?

A huge sliding sound of concrete echoed through the surrounding. Screeching, a cloud of smoke out of dust appeared from the ground.

Despite the dungeon having a cave structure, the interior of the boss room is quite cemented and smoothened.

"Idiot." A mumble from the curl-head.

He thought that no one could hear and see his face, but I could just snicker at it. He's pathetic.

"He is continuing his plan and I think that the 6 has no other choice but to follow him."

'Why do you think so?'

"It's because he is holding their necks. Maybe a debt or something."

'Get it.'

They continued entering the room. After they entered, another eerie feeling spread.

The room was side but it looked like the room was made in a circle. There were pillars at the side and at the center was like a fighting ring.

It clearly shows that this room is different from the outside. The light was strong and the texture of the walls was smooth and effortless flattened.

Did demons also make this dungeon? Or do the dungeon cores automatically make it? I can't think of another reason, but eventually, in the future, I'll know it.

"Where's the boss?" Ellena asked as she made her eyes take on a journey to inspect the room.

Selena pointed at the middle where a strong flame was ignited. At the back, there's a huge kobold, almost the same size as an average adult.

The boss of the dungeon slowly showed its body to them and stepped forward, getting to the ring.

After a few seconds of nothing, another kobold monster appeared with the same features as the previous one.

"There are two?!" Selena blurted out.

"No, there are three of them." Just after Amber said it, another huge kobold appeared.

This is going to be trouble... for them.

The three monsters were acting to attack, so as a reflex, I made Ellena initiate the plan.

"Ellena, pull them to the back of the pillar. Be sure to use your ability."

'Yes.'

"Here!" Ellena quickly pulled them to the nearest pillar, and as what was supposed to happen, the monsters didn't notice them and continued to rampage to the 8.

"H-Hey! How did they pass through them?!" The curl-head obviously made a stunned expression. As his eyes started to widen.

"Fight them! I'll catch those three!" Curl-head exclaimed before running away from the three huge kobolds. However, one huge kobold did not let him.

A growl echoed as the monster attacked him. He just clicked his tongue before retreating.

"What an underhanded move you made! Don't worry, I'll report this to the guild to surely make your license revoked!"

Ellena didn't pay heed, she just continued activating her ability, making a dim light to her rune.

"Your rune is getting obvious." I warned her.

'Sorry.'

It just took a while before the other girl wondered how did the monsters didn't notice them.

"How can they not sense us?" Selena mumbled.

"Just keep quiet. Let's let that guy experience his plan. Did he think that he could lure us to that plan?" Ellena reasoned.

Despite making a doubtful face, Selena just shook her head before shifting her attention back to the 8.

"Are you sure we won't help them?" Amber said.

"Let's wait. We will make Polir get tired."

The monsters growled before attacking the 8. They released their fangs before rushing towards the eight.

Sara, Wenard, and Tembler released their ranged attacks. Sara conjured a fireball while Wenard conjured a stone bullet. Those spells are just basic spells you can create as offensive magic.

They shot it at the monsters but only one received a bruise that made it limp.

"It wasn't enough!"

Oliver and Luka yelled their warcry before rushing to the monsters. They blocked two monsters but the other one slipped through them and reached Polir.

"What the hell! Do your job properly!"

Luka made a furious expression before using his rune. It glowed a little, making his strength increase. He pushed back the monster, making it unable to attack.

Oliver, seeing a chance to attack, jumps on Luka's back to reach the monsters and successfully stab the jaw of the monster passing through the skull.

Blood gushed out as he pulled his sword, but unfortunately, the other monsters attacked him with a claw, making him throw, hitting the pillars at the side.

Lala, being surprised, prepared her healing ability. Her rune lit strong and as she reached Oliver, she quickly healed him.

"Gaaahh!" 

Just after the attack, the monster was going to send another attack but Luka successfully covered them.

"Do it fastly. Sara and Nico are open!"

Nico was obviously fast in mobility, but despite him dodging the monsters' attack, it passed through him and it hit Sara.

"Sara!"

"Ellena, let's help them." Selena suggested.

Ellena just gritted before standing. "Let's go."

The curl-head was making a heavy breathing sound, making him obviously look tired.

Ellena majestically dashed to one huge kobold. She dodged the monster's attack successfully and injured it cleanly. 

While Selena and Amber attacked the injured monster.

It happened so fast that the 8 didn't notice that the fight was already done.

"T-they finished it quickly?!" Curl-head muttered in surprise.

"T-the monsters are dead!" Wavy-head exclaimed in delight, leaving Sara injured, and approached his brother.

"Big Brother, we're saved!"

Curl-head, surprised at the wavy-head's exclamation, just nod awkwardly and after a few seconds, his smug face appears again.

"Hmph! Be thankful that we tired it out for you." 

But this is not the time to joke for Ellena. She lifted her sword then pointed it to the curl-head. Making an angered expression, she didn't spare any seconds in making the bastard scared.

A fear point appeared, indicating that he was scared of Ellena. 

"Wh-what are you d-doing?! P-put down your sword or I'll report this to the guild!"

"Report it how you like, but they won't listen to you. We know that you are planning something for us."

"A-and how can you prove that?!"

"Yeah! Let go of my brother before I shoot you!" Wavy-head made a threat.

"Ellena put those down. We can't let your anger judge your decisions." I said.

'But...' Ellena, realizing her actions, put her sword down.

We can prove this to the guild. Even though I want to collect some coins, it's bad to let others see this side of her.

"Calm down, Ellena."

"Y-yeah."

"Tsk. You can't even dare." Another word from the curl-head. 

If no one was here, I wouldn't stop Ellena from pointing her sword towards this bastard.
