I AM THE AUTHOR

"You can't do it." They all said, glaring down at her. "Why? I want to write a book." She said, wilting under their cold stares. "Just look at how you've fallen. How are you even going to write a book? This is all your fault." they chorused. Indeed, Seanae was sprawled on the icy cobblestones. Her scraped knees were bleeding waves of crimson. "B-but you're the ones who pushed me." She whimpered. Suddenly, they all went dead quiet. Seanae looked down, embarrassed. "You can't do it." They repeated. "You can't even pick yourself up." But she did. Slowly, she dusted off her knees and limped into a standing position. "You're wrong. I can do it, and I will," she told them. And with that, "English Rose" was published. ~~~~ Pls help dis rando author ;-; I have dirt bank account and dirt writing skills but gold imagination ~~~~ Please give me viewssssss art release every 5k *read till at least the second chapter before you decide to ditch it pls* - EVERY WEEKDAY (daily updates monday-friday and maybe on the weekends too?) I AM THE AUTHOR

CHAPTER THIRTEEN

"Bog's…Apostle?" Levi echoed, and one of the priests shut the door on him. Kinda rude, but oh well. I could always burn them later anyway - it was the only thing my glowing had was good for since I definitely wasn't healing them. Apparently, Cordelia had to deal with a lot of trouble from these guys since she was a pushover. Lucky for her I wasn't Cordelia.

"So, what did you want to say-" I said, but the priests tapped a square on the wall, and the room flickered awake. light switches. something that should never have been here. I narrowed my eyes, and then the priests all sat down at once. "Haaaaa… all of this is torturous. How do they keep up such good posture all day?!" One said, collapsing against the wall. "I don't knowwwwww!" the other one wailed, and my jaw fell open. On the floor. what? But than that eant i wasnt the only one who got thrown into this sucky novel..?!

"Oh, yeah, introductions. We're all fans of the "English Rose". That's Lisa, and I'm Phil. We won't give you any trouble -" he said, and I suddenly interjected. "Wait, so you all got zapped into the novel too?"

"Yes. We were wondering that too, since you dont seem to be the real Cordelia. Plus, you have Levi with you, which never originally happened. Who are you?" Phil said, cutting to the chase. This was all happeneing kind of fast, but it was good ot have someone else who understood too. "The author." My hand glowed even brighter.

"... really?" Phil said, and I shook my head. "You don't have to believe me. But, anyway, just make sure Im first blood Ill do the rest. Got it?" I commanded, and Lisa chirped in. "Thats definitely her. I watched every interview you held, ma'am! Im a fan!"

WHAT. "T-there were at least 300 interviews!" I said, taken aback. "Yes, I know! I love youuuu!" Lisa said, now looking happy. Phil whacked a hand in front of her face. "Sorry about her. Anyway, yes, we'll make sure that happens, so you're free to go. As soon as possible, too. The priests are already suspicious of us since our personalities did a 180 overnight. But… one last thing."

"Mhm?" I asked, and Phil smiled. "Good luck."

"Thanks, I'll need it! You too, by the way! Don't let the priests find anything out, and if you do, leave me out of it." I said cheerfully, clicking off the lights and opening the door. As I swung open the door, something jumped back from its place on the wall. Levi. Who had been listening to the entire conversation?

Chills went down my spine. Oh no. I should have checked the door or something! Levi, now on the floor to avoid my door-swinging skills, scrambled up. "sorry-"

"Nah, it's fine. You wouldn't be able to understand any of it anyway - right?" I checked, and Levi nodded. "eeps. That's not good. Especially since I can't say anything." I said. Yeah, not good at all.
