"Ahahaa! Yes yes yessss, I did it. I really di-..." 

before the words were finished his foot stepped on the wire connecting to a somewhat big globe of light and the next thing he sees is darkness.

In the silent night, an ambulance arrived and a young man was put on an ambulance stretcher with his lower body decimated. The young man's name is Jacob Welton. He was one of the best biometric engineers that ever existed, he was trying to prove the existence of parallel worlds, he developed a device that could transmit brain waves through out space to connect with similar brains waves in other dimensions, alas destiny has other plans in other realities of life.

In a beautiful long green forest with long and big ancient trees stretching thousands metres high, like pioneers holding the sky. Below one such tree an emerald black skinned boy about 12 - 13 years old had fainted, his face was pale, his lips dry and there was a bulging vein stretching from his arm to his kin neck, he was poisoned. Time went by, as the sun was setting, he started to recover, and so he awakes.

"Argh… what the hell happened?!, where am I?!..." 

Just when the boy was about to ask more questions, a surge of information floated into his mind, his mind became fuzzy for a second and then his eyes showed clarity and well as shock and other emotions you can imagine when one transmigrates.

"Oo my God I transmigrated, ooo my holy Jesus I did, it happened."

"Wait, that's not right. I didn't necessarily transmigrate, this body is me of this world, I just somehow obtained memories of my previous world." 

Just as he was thinking, a pain struck his mind, bringing him back to his current situation. He turned to look at his right arm, partially covered with bulging veins, according to his memories, he was bitten by a snake while hunting, don't know which type but luckily, this body got used to this lifestyle, so immediately like a professional he got up, went to the edge of a tree, and pulled out a box, open it, inside there are herbs for different treatment.

He mixed some herbs then applied it to the wound, then took a bottle of some mixture and drank it. Then laid down to figure out where he is. It turns out that in this world he is also called Jacob Welton, his family died, during a car accident, he was taken to a foster home but you know how foster homes are, so he ran away.

He slept anywhere he could sleep, and started learning hunting skills for food, as time went on he got good at it and life got better. During his hunting session, he also witnessed some supernatural things, like a human turning into werewolf, which scared the shit him.

 He had nightmares about it but got over it. He also witnessed some animals that could speak, and the likes, after a few more encounters with this sort of situations, he became interested in this kinda of life and started to enjoy it.
