"I'm innocent, sir. Why should I be punished!" protested Zay in offense. She justified her sitting position and was ready to refute all the questions given by the Police.
"What she said is true, sir. I am prepared to be a witness," said Jonathan confidently.
The police turned to Jonathan, and he put his hands together to support his chin. The police asked, "Ah, you are the one who prevented the police from arresting him, aren't you? Do you know what crime he has committed?"
"He almost killed the Vlodostok family, are you sure you will defend him to the end? And again, what are you talking about? He's a man, isn't he?"
"I don't care, that's my business, sir!" snapped Jonathan. He looked away to where Zay was sitting. Jonathan's hesitation was evidenced by his softening gaze, he asked Zay a question, "Everything the police said was a lie, right?"
