Confronting the Earth Bears.

"Huh? Who the hell are you!?"

Asked an Earth bear, with a cautious look on his face. Hearing his words, others came back to their senses.

The leader of the Earth bears curiously stared at this tawny yellow coloured beast, that had just appeared out of nowhere.

"Were you the one who killed Giant?" The leader asked, he could feel some kind of pressure from Ben.

The beast in question, Ben was currently immersed in his own thoughts as he replied back to his System.

"What do you mean by 'I should control my anger?' I am only completing your mission."

After saying this, Ben started walking towards the Earth bears. He was looking at them with a sneer.

"Yes, I am the one who killed that bear on the ground. What are you going to do about it?"

Hearing his arrogant words, the Earth bears turned angry. One of them charged ahead without any considerations to attack Ben!

"Die! You beast!"

Pak!

The charging Earth Bear got a slap to his mouth by Ben, and was thrown backwards till he crashed with the other Earth bears standing in the back.

Through this exchange, the Earth bears learned that the unique looking beast standing before them was very powerful! He managed to instantly defeat one of them with his small build.

The leader of the Earth bears was a bit surprised upon seeing Ben's strength, but he kept his cool. He breathed calmly to suppress his anger before asking.

"Who are you? And what do you want with my tribe?" The leader was curious about why such a strong creature would suddenly appear and start disturbing them.

Ben looked at the tribe leader, and slightly pondered at his question.

"Me? You can call me….The Great 'Panthera Leo'. As for my intentions, I want your tribe to submit to me."

After saying this, Ben looked carefully at the leader's expression. It didn't have any changes, which kinda confused him.

The Tribe leader of the Earth Bears after hearing Ben's statement did not get angry, Instead there was a calm expression on his face. Five seconds later, the leader opened his mouth.

"Our tribe wants to live a peaceful life here. We do not want any trouble from fhe outside, please leave." After saying this, the leader shut his mouth, and stood as if he was prepared for a tough fight.

"But leader!"

"No! We have to avenge 'Giant'!"

"Shut up! Do you even realise what kind of situation we are currently in!?" Shouted the leader to his subordinates. This made them silent again. They knew that their leader wouldn't just berate them unless the opponent was really a threat to their tribe.

Seeing this, Ben chuckled. "So you're a peaceful one huh. Anyways, I wouldn't mind lecturing your tribe if you do not submit to me Today."

In order to let them know that he wasn't bluffing them, Ben moved and disappeared from his position before reappearing in front of the tribe leader. He was currently standing face to face with him!

"I am just wondering whether you will be able to comprehend my lectures.." Said Ben with a hint of threat in his voice.

The leader of the earth bears was stunned. Seeing Ben's speed, the Earth bear hesitated.

He didn't have any intentions to fight from the beginning. Seeing Ben's sudden display of his speed made him even more resolved.

From the moment Ben appeared through the bushes, he had been feeling anxious for some reason. His hair stood on ends, and hands turned cold. He could feel some kind of instinctive fear towards this strange but majestic looking creature.

'I don't know why I am feeling this, but I do know one thing, and that is to not fight with this beast today.' Thought the tribe leader.

"I….what will we get from submitting under you?"

Ben felt confused. He had just thought that he would be fighting against the whole Earth bear tribe of this area today, but the tribe leader's words almost made him utter the word 'What?'

"Well...you will become more powerful than you are right now. Is that reason enough?"

The bear wasn't expecting much, but hearing that his strength could be increased picked his interest. He raised his eyes in a curious manner.

"Oh? So if I were to become your subordinate, How would you increase my current strength?"

"I will tell you after your tribe submits to me." Ben would not destroy a tribe just because he was angry. If they really submitted to him, then he would prefer not making any trouble for them.

"Well…Alright, my tribe will come under you then." The leader pondered a bit on Ben's words, but eventually agreed, which shocked the other earth bears including Ben, though he felt happy about it.

"Nice choice."

'Now let me check his willingness.' Ben put his right paw on the bear's shoulder before activating his system.

The tribe leader felt a bit uncomfortable, but he still complied.

"Hey system, is he suitable to become my subordinate?"

Ding!

[Analysing….the Earth bear isn't willing to come under Owner, Not suitable.]

Seeing and hearing the system analysis, Ben realised that this leader of the Earth bear tribe could be trying to fool him right now.

"Hehe, I don't see any sincerity in you." He chuckled coldly.

Just as Ben was about to do something heinous, a shout from somewhere managed to stop him.

"Wait! It's you!"

A shout was suddenly heard from inside one of the caves. Many including the earth bear tribe leader and Ben were attracted towards the shout.

Everyone turned their heads. They saw an average sized Earth bear coming out through a cave. It was a male bear, who had three large claw marks on the left side of his head.

Ben found him a bit familiar as if he had met with this bear before, but couldn't figure out when? and where?

The earth bear was walking towards him with shock filled eyes.

"Father! This is the one who had attacked me in the past! You must Kill him!"

Just as he finished speaking, he noticed that Ben had suddenly appeared very close to him before jumping and slapping him to the ground!

Pak!

Dham!

"Roar!" The Earth bear shouted out loud in pain from the hit!

Ben was now able to figure out who this bear was, and why he felt so familiar to him. So, he said with an innocent smile.

"Nice to see you again. Did you forget about the claw marks I gave you before? You want more?"

The Earth bear shuddered. He slowly lifted his head to stare at his father who was also their tribe leader, but he noticed that his father was ignoring him!

Ben turned his head towards the tribe leader. "I will be taking your son with me. Think of it as a test for me to see your loyalty towards me."

Right after saying this, Ben grabbed the left hand of the pitiful earth bear with his mouth before quickly disappearing from that place.

"No! Save me! Father!!!"

The disappearing earth bear's voice kept echoing till the area turned completely silent.The tribe leader couldn't even utter any words. Ben disappeared too quickly!

Two minutes after Ben left.

"Ahhhhhhh! Fuck! You!"

Dham! Dham! Dham!

The tribe leader kept punching the ground and trees with all his might! Some trees quickly fell down, and many parts of their land were dented by his punches.

The other earth bears watched their leader silently, they didn't have any intention to interfere. It seems like they were disappointed in him.

Many of them sighed and went inside their caves in silence, some stayed to look after their leader.

Ben kept running, he was running back towards his subordinates.

'That tribe leader has similar strength to Guro, so my Mana corrosion won't work on him at least for now. I don't want to wait anymore, let's finish this quickly.'

He had checked that Earth bear's overall strength, it was similar to Guro and the other two tribe leaders.

Power: 2000

This was the information that he had seen from the system about the leader of the Earth bear tribe. Guro was a bit stronger than the leader of the Earth bears. The other two leaders like Bor and the frost snake had similar quantities of Urja and power level to that leader of the earth bears

'I will come back with Bob, Job, Elkrad, Bolzark and Caesar to completely suppress them…wait..Oh right!'

It seems like he had forgotten about something important, and that is to choose his next subordinate!

'I have one more extra slot to choose a creature to become my subordinate…Well, Caesar seems to be a nice choice. I believe he has more potential than that frost snake leader. Hehe, sorry my friend, but you will have to suffer a bit today.'
