Chapter 3: Is My Menatlity That Bad??

Sitting on his couch and looking at the time, Gale could only sign in relief.

It was 10:30pm, and he had just gotten home. And For the first time in years, he could get home before midnight.

"I really just quit." Gale said, looking at the brand-new laptop he had just bought. It cost him $750, which hurt like hell when he purchased it, but he reminded himself it was for his future.

Picking up the laptop from the table, Gale quickly began creating a new account and getting himself used to the laptop.

Soon he went on a forex broker site and quickly got approved for an account and went straight to a forex trading site.

It was apparently one of the most accessible places to enter to make money with as little as $500.

He had read articles on how to trade on the stock market and on the foreign exchange during his breaks at his first job, so he now had a rough idea of what to do.

For most people, a rough idea wouldn't cut it because some fundamental knowledge and luck are needed for forex trading or day trading in stocks.

But for Gale, who had the life simulator, it was all about paying attention to the time and writing down when specific opportunities appeared.

After all, all he needed to know was how to buy and sell at certain times, and he was good to go.

On his break, he discovered he could simulate for more than a day if he charged more money into it, but when Gale heard the prices, he quickly forgot about it.

Opening the system, Gale looked around and tried to see if there were anything features he had missed out on.

And that's when he stumbled onto the ability to experience what happened in each year. However, after experiencing the first year of his first simulation, Gale immediately stopped as he was practically gaining a year's worth of memories that he didn't need.

'Might as well get some shut-eye. Tomorrow is gonna be a busy day.' Gale thought as he went to his room and got some well-needed rest.

"So, where do you want to eat?" Gale said, sitting in the driveway as he glanced at his little sister in the back.

He had just picked her up from his aunt's house and was taking her out to eat and then visit their mother in the hospital.

"Just a burger with fries," Kim said, looking out the window.

Since she was born, she had rarely met her brother since he was always out working, and she was always staying at her aunt's house.

But every Sunday, her brother would take her to visit their mother at the hospital, where they would talk about how things were going for them.

Hearing this, Gale took out his cracked pear phone 6 and found the closest burger place to eat. After a while, he chose a more expensive fast-food place where they were known for there fresh and healthier foods.

After getting his little sister some food, Gale started the drive to the hospital.

This reminded him that he had to move his mother out as soon as possible. While the hospital wasn't bad it was one of the lower-mid tiers of hospitals in L.A.

And the fact that his mother had an accident their in the future made him more eager to move her immediately.

Gale had already made a plan of where to move her, he was going to try to move her to one of the best hospitals to see if there was a chance of waking her up.

After driving for about 20 minutes while talking to his sister every now and then they finally arrived at the hospital.

Arriving at the hospital they had to go through a process to prove their identity which went by quickly as most of the staff recognized them since they came every Sunday to visit their mother.

Going to the third floor, where his mother was located.

What came next could be discovered as the only family time Gale had after his father's passing, he and Kim would talk next to their mother and tell her about how their whole week was going.

They would talk for a couple of hours before Gale took Kim back to his aunt's house.

Leaving the hospital, Gale drove Kim back to his aunts and stayed for a while to talk to his aunts about some things before heading back home.

For the rest of the day Gale spent reading up more online articles on how to use different trading platforms and which platforms would work for him as well as making some short term plans for his future after moving his mother to a better hospital.

After going picking up some food, Gale glanced at the time before he went to watch more videos on forex trading.

It was 3:00 pm and the forex markets would open at 4:05 pm leaving him with around an hour to get ready to make his very first pocket of gold.

"All right now, just another hour until the real battle starts, I can start simulating 30 minutes before the market opens to quickly get my momentum going." Gale said, munching on the burger he picked up.

The whole meal cost him around $30, including the forest and drink. Since he was about to do something for the first time, he wanted to prepare and eat his best.

"Now it's time, system, to start the one-day simulation." Gale said in an excited voice.

[Starting One Day Simulation….]

[3:00 Pm- You went to pick up some food and returned home and started reading some forex trading books you're confident you'll do well.]

"Of course, I've been preparing, though obviously not enough. Good luck future self hope for the best." Gale said, reading the first summary of what happened in that hour.

[4:00 - The moment it hits 4:05pm you thrust yourself into the forex market and are overwhelmed and forget what to do. You sit there for the next 15 minutes debating what to do as you forgot your notepad with the instructions of what you wanted to do.]

"One of the articles talked about this, some people would freeze up the moment they get to the real thing as that's where your money could disappear in the blink of an eye."

[4:30 pm- you finally remember your notebook back and take a look through it and go over your notes. You calm down and go through your notes and finally develop your plan.]

"Well, that took longer than expected." Gale said as he reached for the notebook next to him. He was a little surprised at how long it took him to remember that he had a notebook on what to do.

[5:00 pm- You enter the USD/JPY market with $1200 that you were gonna use to pay that month's rent and bills. For the First few minutes, you watch the situation and do nothing. But then all of a sudden you place an order to buy $100 worth of Japanese yen, Unnforcially that $100 was gone in less than three seconds. But since you had a stop loss, you only lost $100]

Gale's eyes widened at that, not even three seconds into placing an order, it got wiped out.

"Thankfully, I put in that stop loss. I probably would've even lose everything If I didn't.

[6:00 pm- You're now nervous as you lost over $800 all in bad trades, and your mentality is slowly getting worse. You see a bunch of good trades come and go, but you sit there like a turtle and watch the markets and see all kinds of situations but do nothing.]

"Not surprising after all, I did just lose $100 in three seconds; how could I Calm down after that?"

[7:00 pm- You realize you rushed it a little and should have probably read more and practiced with a simulator before moving on to the real thing. You close your laptop and sit there for a moment, wondering what you're going to do about this month and bills rent.]

"Fuck is my mentality really that bad? Well, that was that month's rent and bills money."

[8:00 pm- You sit there contemplating on what made you jump straight into forex trading without even learning a lot about it but the basics and no real training on a trading simulator or anything.]

[9:00 pm- You go to sleep early, tired, and unhappy, and worry about your future.]

[9:30 pm- 6 Am- You slept peacefully]

[6:30 Am- You wake up, get ready and start heading to work]

[7 Am- 3 pm- You worked and had a hard time being focused since you kept remembering your loss.]

"Well that's an interesting simulation." Gale said as he saw how he lost pretty much all of the money he had left that month.

Clicking the summary of what happened at 4 pm, a memory of that hour passed through Gale's mind as if he had experienced it.

Quickly taking his notepad, Gale wrote all the trades and points that he could make money off in the USD/Cad trade, as that's where he spent an hour watching.

"Holy shit, so many opportunities. I can make an easy three grand with just all of this information itself." Gale excitedly said, holding his notepad.

He had the times when the USD would rise and times when the CAD increase as well as when they would decrease.

With his ability to experience what happened during the hours, Gale went crazy and quickly started to wring all the opportunities that would occur in the next couple of hours.
