Nathan had written the words 'Sierra at 3' on his hand and had no memory of putting them there. She must have been in the laundry room recently. But what were they doing at 3?

This was incredibly inconvenient. He did his best to ignore his curiosity for now. He was sure he would get his answer later even if he did forget it again afterwards. Whatever weird power she had was somehow every bit as bad as his visions, if in an entirely different way. 

A while later he looked down and saw there was something else written on his hand. 'Stay until Sierra comes back'. What was that about? He wouldn't have written it without a reason but he couldn't recall what it was for the life of him.

Annoyed, he scrolled through his phone for her contact to look for her contact picture and see if that jogged his memory. Ah. He was supposed to watch her laundry and there was a good chance his would be dry before hers was.
