Anna's arrow went directly to the place in the neck of that Serpent which had been thrust by Reus's sword

Her arrow was covered in large amounts of wind and wind aura

And as the flames and that wind made contact with each other the whole neck of that Serpent exploded into smithereens

The giant stone Serpent fell to ground in two pieces and wide eyes, and the inner part of that Serpent still seemed to be made up of blood and muscles which exploded as well

As that happened the door at another side of the hall opened which was a way to go forward with exploration

Reus's party grinned with confidence there but Klaus watching all that seemed to have an expressionless face with blank eyes

'Son of a beach... Is plot armour shit working here too... I thought it was only in developing novels...

How the fuck was their team work suddenly increased to this level within seconds after that shitty romance scene...'

[Calm Down ho-]

'How do I do that!!!? I worked my ass off for two decades and after all those cheat titles and equipment I reached this level and these bastards!!!

What are they using!? Power of love and friendship!? God Damnit?!! These love power up with a mix of friendship seems more like a cheat than anything else...'

Klaus sighed and just silently followed Reus and others to the other way, they entered the new place and it was just another hall way but more broader and spacial compared to the last one

The walls seemed to be completely made up of stone bricks with various cracks from time to time

And the flame torches stuck to the walls just like the last one but at same time the feeling of chill and danger also increased

But at the same time Reus and his party had become more cautious now, everyone gripped their equipment tightly as they kept moving forward

After a few minutes of cautious walk Reus finally sensed some kind of monster in the surrounding and warned the others

"It's here..."

Others also became alert hearing Reus and next moment they also noticed some kind of monster passing right behind them in extreme fast speed

As they turned back the next moment they noticed a similar thing passing from the front

"Be cautious... They are fast..."

Reus muttered but the situation didn't seem to change much instead the number of monsters passing by them kept increasing

After a few seconds Reus signalled Ariana and suddenly Ariana rose her staff upwards and suddenly the whole place got shrouded in immense blinding light

Reus and others also noticed the monsters around them, the monsters around them were just like little goblins

But they had more fiercer faces and while the body was covered in dark furs with a scythe in their hands

"It's a scythe goblin! Be ready for the attacks!!!"

Sam alerted everyone and next just as expected all the monsters attacked them all at once

They had bloodlust leaking from their bodies and the cold scythes were rushing at Reus and his party in extreme speed

There was also a drool leaking from the mouths of those monsters thirsty for the blood of humans

The scythe of one of those monsters collided with Reus's sword directly and Reus just bent the tip of his sword a little backwards

With this he managed to deflect the scythe yet at same time Reus managed to slice the head of that scythe goblin

Yumiko was also just barely holding on with the speed of those monsters, the space wasn't big enough for Anna to show full capabilities as archer

But even then she was blocking more monsters from coming to place with help of her arrows

Yet at the same time she also helped out with clearing the monsters who were near her and kept rushing at her in an attempt to kill her with her bow that turned into daggers easily

Ariana was busy with buffs but she was still capable enough for defending the area around her

Sam was the only who couldn't catch up with the speed of those monsters but as a mage he was perfectly showing the best of his capabilities

With Sam's spell various earthen spikes kept forming from random places of the hallways which helped immensely in clearing out the monsters

Reus and Yumiko showed some satisfactory Swordsmanship in the place, and others were also flawless in their roles

A few minutes passed and all the corpses of monsters had dropped to ground, there was nothing special here except for tricky techniques performed by Reus in the battle

This time everyone was unscathed but once again everyone was tired and it seemed like their muscles were groaning in pain too

"Let's take a break then, it's been a while let's take some food and drinks too..."

Reus commanded with little sweats over his face, everyone nodded and once again started preparing for the rest

And Klaus who watched all the blood shed from the corner felt a little disappointed there

'These guys... they were almost perfect here, this was more of solo fight like thing here but...

The stamina is big problem here for them, I guess the intense training can help with stamina too... There are limits but let's just train them till they reach those limits!!'

Some kind or you can say many kinds of evil plans has arisen in the evil mind of Klaus, on the other hand the sacrifice for Klaus's entertainment just started enjoying their food time inside the Ruins

"How long is this place now?"

Reus asked Anna with a little serious and curious face, Anna repeated the same job skill and after a few seconds she reported

"Guess we will be able to clear it within four or five more hours, but it seems like we will be encountering something like a sub boss fight once again ..."

Reus nodded with a serious face, others also understood the situation in the ruins and Yumiko commented

"The ruins have become quite similar to dungeons right now, it's literally filled with monsters everywhere and we have yet to even find anything except corpses of monsters..."

As she said that everyone also came to realize their empty pockets here

Sam gulped the food in his mouth and said "I don't think this will go on like this though, with great risk comes great rewards you know

The monsters always gather somewhere like this because this is their home but that is an impossible situation because various types of monsters can't live here just like that

And it is more absurd to have strong and little weaker monsters of different species co existing together in the same area

The only thing I can think of is these all monsters are set up as protectors for something inside the Ruins

There is definitely some kind of treasure here, so in this state I suggest we shall move faster before others snatch the treasure away from us..."

As Sam finished his words everyone had some deep and serious faces but on the other hand Klaus sitting in a little distance saw their seriousness with smirk over his face

'Dumb fools... The only thing here is the plot to make you all stronger, don't run your mind while imagining difficult things and confusing topics beyond your own understanding...'

Klaus also sighed with a smile and in the next few minutes everyone once again stood back fully prepared for the future combat situations

And just like that they once again arrived inside an empty hall and the path that led them here was closed as soon as they arrived there

But as they arrived at the place there was absolutely nothing except for empty ground in the square shaped hall with few dust and cracks over the walls

"Is the monster invisible!?

"Why can't I see anything like a monster here?"

"By chance we came to the wrong place here"

"Where is the monster here.."

They looked a little surprised and looked at all corners of the hall with surprised eyes, after a few seconds everyone seemed to have let their guard down here

And as they were about to lose all their combat senses, Reus suddenly sensed something falling behind him

Reus immediately turned back and noticed a hole over the ground because of melted blue saliva there

Reus's mind tingled hard and he immediately looked upwards with a surprised face and as soon as he did that Reus noticed a huge spider monster rushing at him with wide fangs from the top of ceiling

"Everyone! Prepare for the combat!!!"

Reus immediately alerted everyone and at the same time the dark armour covered in flame surrounded him and he also blocked the sharp legs of that spider from passing through his chest right away with the help of the sword he held

Reus retreated a few steps back and got in formation along with others and watched the spider monster with cautious gaze

"Now this is something tough to handle..."
